I highly recommend Urban Tree Care for your tree removal and stump grinding. Recently Heriberto and his crew safely and expertly removed a 2 foot diameter pine tree which was leaning and positioned very close to my house, driveway and neighboring fence. Heriberto skillfully climbed the tree cutting and removing branches which were each carefully lowered with a pulley and braking drum lowering device. After the branches were removed the trunk was slowly cut down small heavy block by block. The blocks were dropped on to a cushioning bed of branches which protected the driveway. All the tree was removed, the stump was ground and everything cleaned up leaving only the stump mulch, as agreed upon. Someone with less experience, skill, and savvy could easily have caused much damage in the process. Heriberto and his team made it look almost easy. It was a pleasure to see how precisely they executed their tasks without any wasted effort. Lizet was cordial and professional in making all the arrangements. I was completely satisfied. Search no more if you're looking for outstanding tree service and customer support. I had two very large and overgrown trees that at a minimum needed to be cut down to stump, as well as two other trees that needed trimming. I searched Yelp, and Urban Tree Care had many positive reviews- I can see why. They were quick to get out, provide a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work within a week. Heriberto and his team were clearly experts and professionals from start to finish, getting the work done safely, effectively and efficiently. Kudos also to Lizet, who handles all the customer service needs seamlessly. Had an excellent experience with this company and wholeheartedly recommend them without reservations!!! read more

We recently hired Urban Tree Care to remove a 100 ft redwood tree from our property. The tree roots were impacting our pool, landscaping, and sprinkler system. The tree was in an awkward location. We had several tree services give us estimates. From our first conversation with Urban's owner, we had confidence in his knowledge and experience. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Urban removed and disposed of our tree in 2 days. Our garden, fence, pool, and yard looked better and cleaner when Urban left than before they arrived. The whole crew was so professional and easy to work with. Dont hesitate to use Urban Tree Care for all tree care. Great company! read more

Urban Tree Care came early to set up and their service was great ! ! ! Immediately dropping their equipment to begin the job and by the appointment time they were cutting trees. They were simple to work with on cutting the Mulberry trees I wanted removed. The work was done quickly and I was greatly satisfied with the removal of my trees. They left fire wood for me and a tree stump chair for the yard....very cool ! ! ! I will use, I would recommend Urban Tree Care for your tree cares and fair rates.... I booked an appointment with Urban Tree Care. They came to my home did an estimate which was great. The day of the job I had been called to work, they still showed up , got the tree out in about an hour (probably less), cleaned up, and waited for me to get home for their payment. They were great. I am booking them again for my front tree, my neighbor as well are booking them. Such great work, friendly staff with a great attitude. Guy came and bid the job, they came back two weeks later and did a 5 star job cutting the tee down in my front yard. They did not have their stump remover but told me they would be back the following Monday. They showed up the following Monday morning with a different crew and did a 1 star job. Didn't get all the roots, spread wood chips all over my walkway, and front porch, basically left crap all over the place, I'm still cleaning it up two days later. Very disappointing. read more

Wow, I had 3 quotes to remove a sycamore tree on a hillside. Urban Tree Care not only gave me the most fair price, but also worked safely, professionally and quickly. I was very impressed by the skill and calculations of the cut and rope placement. They protected my side windows with large plywood, cleaned up everything and sit some remaining wood for me. Heriberto was pleasant to work with and arrived on time for the quote appointment and the job day. Very impressed! read more

Thank you urban tree. I had two trees that needed attention. One was leaning close to my house and one needed to be topped. It was on a hillside. This tree also had a broken branch that I couldn't see. They did excellent work, are very efficient, they arrived on time and they even worked in the rain. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them to anybody plus the fact they are a local company located in Vallejo. I would definitely use them again. read more

Very happy with the work we had done. Professional service throughout fro initial contact to completion of work. We had a tree growing through a pergola pulling the pergola askew and urban tree care's representative removed the tree without disturbing the pergola at all. The precision of work was impressive. We will be calling them again to work on more of our trees. Overall very eased with the work and experience. read more

Fantastic communication. They were able to work in taking out a tree limb into their already full schedule as I had an emergency removal. Did exactly what we asked of just dropping the tree limb to my property line. In fact, they did more than I expected by cutting down the large limb into more manageable chunks for myself and my husband to handle. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. read more

I 100% + recommend Erick and Lizet at Urban Tree Care. A big job, they significantly took back/pollarded 7 trees at my new house - trees that had had no attention for several trees. An absolute pleasure to deal with and have around. Good price, and speedy workers, always asking if I was happy with each tree. Perfect tidying up after. Excellent work, and happy people - and in 110 degrees heat! Thank you. read more

I received quotes from three different companies and Urban Tree care came in the lowest by quite a bit. They removed 10 small bottle brush trees, 1 large pine tree, 2 large bushes, another medium tree and a few stumps around my property. All the stumps were grinded up as well. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, and was most impressed by the cleanup afterwards. read more

This is the second time I have used Urban Tree Care service. Heriberto who provided the quote in advance was very knowledgeable about the trees on my property and the best approach; e.g. prune or remove. The estimate was reasonable and the work done by Heriberto and a crew of 2 other gentlemen was done well including clean up! I highly recommend Urban Tree Care. read more

This amazing company is the only one I'll EVER use. Tremendous group of guys. Heriberto and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. I couldn't help but peek through the window, the equipment used was none I ever seen before. You do the job right, you do it once and that's what they did. Thank you to Lizet, for making everything happen. read more
