After repeated attempts to get assistance, I eventually received a call from the General Manager, Rodrigo. That conversation was shockingly unprofessional. He was rude, dismissive, and hostile, and refused to provide a Certificate of Insurance or basic ownership information, including contact details for the owner, John Perez. Refusing to provide insurance information after documented on-site vehicle damage is deeply concerning and unacceptable for any business, especially one operating heavy machinery on customer property. To be clear: * The damage occurred during their car wash * It was reported immediately * Management refused transparency * Insurance information was withheld I am formally pursuing this matter and will be escalating it through all appropriate legal and regulatory channels. This review is part of that documentation. I will also be contacting ownership directly. Consumers should be aware that if your vehicle is damaged here, you may face resistance, delays, and a refusal to provide basic insurance details. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. To make matters worse, it was around 100 degrees outside and approximately 87 degrees inside the building because their A/C wasn't working. He is also quite a friendly and personable young man. He has a fully contained setup in his van. I was given a number to call to reschedule by the service technician which was not answered. I was subsequently charged for a service I did not receive. I reached out to Washo's support email and received an initial response about rescheduling, but this was never followed through with on their end after me following up to the email thread multiple times within two weeks timeframe. I'm now having to do a chargeback with my credit card on the service charge and still, there is no response from washos. I received decent service from them the very first time I use them, but will not be returning after this experience. It is unfortunate. I do not leave one star reviews, unless there is a warranted reason, or if there's something I would like other people who are considering spending money with them to see.
