Grade C offices in the middle of an industrial area. Well serviced, functional. Great for a start-up or a company that doesn't require a central location or where clients do not need to visit. read more

Arc Apartments

Located within minutes of The Bull Ring and as its name suggests within the heart of the Arcadian…read morecentre. These self catering apartments are clean, modern and fully furnished. These make great alternatives to booking a hotel. We organised a girly weekend for 5 and booked a two bedroom apartment. It really was a home away from home. The staff were very helpful without being intrusive. There is a car park on site which you can pay for when you book but its worth it for the convenience.

Well, the Arc Apartments offer a fine solution to your pickle. Not far from the similar proposition offered by Premier Apartments, Arc wins for me due to its even more effort-erasing location - you'll find it easy, the entrance to the lobby up on the second floor of the Arcadian complex. If one of your party's driven, you'll also be able to book a spot on the Acadian car park when you book the room. Of course, all this wouldn't matter if the rooms themselves were rubbish - but, thankfully, for what most people utilising them need this ticks all the boxes. You can choose between one and two bedroom apartments, each one offering a spacious general living room area and a dining table area if you happen to be planning on rustling something up rather than visiting one of the many neighbouring food establishments. The beds are comfy, the decor amiable enough, and there's free wi-fi too - a bonus considering Premier charges. Don't expect a great view or anything (you won't get one) but this is a great option if you're looking to accommodate a large party - spread two groups of four or five across two rooms and you're sorted for a stay!

The rooms are self catering sort of places where you have a lounge area with kitchen fitted with all the essential selections that you would ever need. Beds where too comfortable, probably too soft lots of space to hang and store your gear. At night I could hear music from a nearby bar, I'd didn't help that they where under the building where we where staying. In the week that our group where there the apartments where not serviced once. At weekends if you go out and come in after 11pm there is a guy that stands at the entrance ready to interrogate you.
Accord Lets

Let me save you some time, DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT LENT with accord !…read more I moved into an apartment in Jewellery quarter, for just under a year. The apartment was amazing but the service from Accord was shocking. For ex: I had to get Accord to fix a leak on one of the slide doors onto the balcony. Now considering the leak was into the bedroom and it was raining constantly, I assumed Accord would be fast in reacting but no !? It took them three months to fix this issue, and when I called to get an update they just said I am contacting the contractor today, the contractor will be out next week.... shocking ! After a while they said that can you put a towel down on the floor to stop and damage to the carpet. I can continue this but its a waste of time.... just DO NOT LET with Accord !
I'm going to make this brief because otherwise there's a risk I'll end up on an extended rant…read more Seemed great when I emailed (from Canada) to enquire. Very friendly, suggested some properties. I particularly liked one...unfortunately. I was told that the agent was leaving in 35mins for a few days and there were 5 viewings scheduled for the next day. Being an idiot who was making a huge move, I panicked and put a hold on the apartment. After this: -Think the fees were a total of £450 - including money for credit and reference checks (the actual breakdown varied according to which receipt I looked at-up to £150) which weren't even done -The apartment that was meant to be move in ready, have a dishwasher and 2 furniture changes had little of the pictured furniture and no dishwasher along with empty cupboards, no TV, no vacuum cleaner etc. -Manager was rude and talked about me in the third person -They claimed no fob was needed to gain building entry - wrong -Had no keys when I arrived for my appointment. When the guy with them came back, they realised they needed to cut them so manager headed off. Came back a while later having realised the shop was shut. That was over 45 minutes just to sign paperwork and get keys. So inefficient and disorganised. -Said they'd refund £50 for being inaccurate etc but I'm still waiting weeks and weeks later. They never offered to refund money for the checks they didn't actually do. FREE MONEY for Accord. Lucky them. -Landlord and landlady (who couldn't be nicer or more helpful) are also very disappointed. Including that they were told a guy was renting their apartment. Great background check!! (Accord also sent a receipt to MR Gráinne M after I'd been in there in person. Nice). In summary, when I rent again (and considering I'm paying more than I should for this place thanks to getting a deadline to decide, that could be soon) I'll choose any letting agents but Accord.
The Orion Building
A great centrally located set of apartments (2 mins from New St with a Sainsbury's and BrewDog on…read morethe ground floor of the building). It's a bit of a tardis. You don't realise how big it is until you step inside. You may want to tie a piece of string to the entrance. Reasonably priced (775+ for 2 bed) for renting and it offers private grass and courtyard in the centre as well as 3 separate roof terraces for communal use all with different viewpoints. Great for catching summer sun. If you're looking to live in the city, make sure you check this place out.
