Hired in Aug 2013 to lay brick tile pavers at our new home to match our existing lanai floor…read morecovering. Estimate was $1100 for 192 sq ft plus 10% for waste - materials and labor. We were offered a 5 yr warranty. To say that this is the worst tile job in the state of FL (maybe neighboring states as well) is probably an understatement. The owner of the company seemed to be a nice-enough guy, anxious to please and provide great service. Unfortunately the tile layer did not care about the quality of the work. I had to personally stand outside and correct every piece of tile laid, advise about lining up the tiles/grout in an exact replica of the original existing lanai floor. All we got were excuses, the lanai cage was not square, it didn't have to line up, on and on. After correcting 3 rows myself and the installer was not listening to me, called the owner, Larry. He came out in a few days and looked at the job, agreeing it was not done correctly and that it would be done correctly and to our satisfaction. The tile layer came back and finished the entire job with me complaining steadily as he went along. You can seriously get a headache looking at the wavy lines of tile/grout. Called the owner again and he again stated they would make it right and we would be satisfied. The tiles were $450 and thinset was estimated at $150. A few days later, the owner came by and wanted a check to at least pay for the materials. OK BIG MISTAKE. I thought that seemed reasonable since we did have the materials. So I gave a check for $500 and received again the promise that the tile would be redone and we would be satisfied. That was the last we heard from Larry or Home Flooring Center. They have never called back, never showed up to repair this mess. Do not be fooled by this company, the address here on this site is 1804 W. Baker St. STE A, Plant City FL and the address on our invoice is 117 W. Alexander St. PMT 342, Plant City, FL. The owner is still Larry at both addresses. If you are considering using this company to do flooring work for you and would like to see pictures of what we were left with for a covered lanai, I can send you pictures. Promise not to laugh!!! It is pathetic. I could have done this well on my own with my eyes closed. All we can do now is just buy an outdoor rug to cover it. Thank goodness our neighbors are so nice and don't comment on the job.

I felt like I could trust him. We discussed everything via email and phone. They started the job one week after I told them I was ready to hire. A team came out and technically they were done painting the whole house within one day. Now, unfortunately they had spilled a pot of paint on my driveway. Not gonna lie, it gave me a little anxiety, especially because it was a very bright color, and I live in an HOA community. I reached out to Ray and had let him know that I noticed the spill. At that time, they were under the impression that it was cleaned, but it might have been hard to tell, because it was wet. Ray did everything in his power to let me know he was on top of taking care of the situation. The very next day he had a team come out to have it deep cleaned and the day after he came out to inspect himself. Though I wasn't too happy about what happened, I understand we are all humans and we can make mistakes. I am very happy about how professional Ray was during this situation. Ray Pardiny's quote was closer to the high end than low end of the range of quotes. We were pleased with how he addressed our concerns and hired this company. The 2 painters arrived on time and careful protected furnishings, carpets as well as the chandeliers and fans. They obviously had worked together for awhile and complimented each other as a team. We were impressed with how quickly they finished. That was several weeks ago and we are still really pleased with the work. In a couple of years when we need the exterior repainted, we will seriously consider using them ag
