They brought a team of 4 cleaners and were there the entire day. Owner showed up at the end to do a walk through with me, but there was nothing to really review, the place was immaculate. The before and after pics are absolutely wild, I will try to upload a few later. Their price is pretty good too at $45/hour, I got quotes for $50 an hour and another guy quoted us $2,000 (LOL!). I really liked these guys, wish I knew of them before, I would have used them for my place too but we have a maid we love and won't be changing her.

I had one stain that I wanted removed on a large white 'chair and a half' so I decided to get that chair along my (matching) couch and Queen Anne chair cleaned with EcoSuds to support a small local business. Thank goodness I did NOT waste my money on getting them to do my downstairs/family room furniture and carpets done at the same time because it was a COMPLETE waste of money! They not only did NOT REMOVE THE STAIN, BUT ADDED STAINS to my large white chair!! Their method left dripping stains all down the bottom front panel of my chair and I had to fight to get them to come back out but it STILL looked as bad!! The owner, Shamus told me that the original stain was the 'best he could do' after trying to 'clean' it again, and supposedly cleaned the mess made by his wife and daughter ~ which came right back after it dried! It took me approximately two YEARS to be willing to trust anyone again but my friend had highly recommended ABERDEEN so I decided to give them a try regardless of cost. I was very pleasantly surprised that their prices were quite similar to EcoSuds so I took the leap of faith and had Corey come and do my nasty looking white chair and matching couch along with 3 bedrooms. Not only did Corey get out the stain that EcoSuds said that they couldn't, but cleaned the stains EcoSuds left behind on my front panel! Aberdeen explained to me that, the reason his job was so superior to all the other companies I had previously used was because his machinery was so superior.  Apparently the machine EcoSuds brought into my house is worth between $2,000-$3,000; whereas Aberdeen has a $50,000 piece of equipment that is actually in his vehicle and all the dirt and wet gets sucked right out to that machine in the truck! The roof had been cedar shake, with two or three layers of asphalt shingles. None of us, the owners nor I, had had any experience with a roof replacement. Repair, yes. Re-shingling, yes. In a nutshell, the attic was completely unusable after the old roof was taken off and a new roof put on. Soot and debris were so thick, there was no way to even go up the stairs. So I gave their info to the landlord. ServPro are the bomb. Their slogan: Like it Never Happened. True. Dave and his crew of two started on Monday morning. Wednesday afternoon Dave returned to collect the last piece of equipment, an industrial strength fan with filter, which had been left to continue running overnight for completely cleaning the air up there. All of the ServPro employees were completely professional -- courteous and considerate at all times. I really don't think they'd seen anything quite this bad...well, maybe cleaning up after a fire or a flood would be worse, but an attic...and in June with outside temps in the 80s?
