My own vacuum immediately picked up debris that had been left behind in one pass. There were several areas that did not appear fully cleaned, which was especially disappointing considering there were two cleaners working for about three hours. I understand everyone and every home is different, but I've previously had a single cleaner complete significantly more thorough work in the same timeframe for less money, without me needing to re-clean parts of my apartment afterward. The communication afterward also left a bad impression. Instead of simply addressing the concerns professionally, I felt blamed for the condition of the apartment and uncomfortable with the tone of the payment-related messages.
