We approached 3 unfriendly staff members who quickly tried to get rid of us by saying they had no appointments available and they would be able to get my daughter in the following day at the Springdale office which is an additional 25 mins further away from home. The lobby had maybe 2 people waiting. I would understand if they were bombarded but that was not the case. There were more staff members sitting around than patients waiting. Needless to say I was turned away and my child was not seen.

I immediately called to get it transferred to a pharmacy that was open, as I needed the antiobiotics for extreme pain I was experiencing and had been for almost a week. Come to find out they never called it into the correct pharmacy. They actually sent it twice to the one that was closed. Monday morning I am calling this urgent care along with both pharmacies where the mix up occurred. I was informed by the pharmacy that had been closed, Harps, that they had gotten my prescription called in but then the provider called to cancel it because it had presumably been "filled somewhere else". It had not. The other pharmacy, CVS, informed me that no one had called them and no information came up under my name. My prescription was now no where to be found. I called back the urgent care office to get it fixed. After almost 24 hours of not getting my prescription, they finally said they would recall it in to Harps pharmacy. After about 20 minutes I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was in, and it had in fact not even been called in. About an hour later I call the urgent care office again. Still had yet to be called in. I persisted that they do so, but they were "so busy" and could not give me a time that they would be able to get it in. I even had my boyfriend call with similar results; no one had called it in and there was no hint as to when I was going to receive my prescription. I have been in excruciating pain and this antibiotic is the only thing that will help. Over the counter pain relievers like ibuprofen have not helped at all, so I needed something prescribed by a doctor. As of right now I still have not heard back and it still has yet to be called in. You would think that a medical provider would be more apt to fixing their own mistakes and making sure a client gets the medicine they need, but that was not the case here. I was not taken care of or helped at all, and because of their mistake in the first place I was inhibited from getting the medication I needed. I eventually had to call my doctors office at home to get them to send in a prescription for me, which they did so swiftly and promptly. I will never be returning to this urgent care again.

The wait time is never more than a half hour even when it's super busy, and the ordering of Rx for pickup at nearby pharmacies is so efficient, we never have to worry about it not being available by the time we get to the store. The front desk guy and the staff have always been professional and personable. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I was bitten by chiggers, ant, mosquitos, you name it. Red spots started turning more serious. The initial nurse told me it didn't really look like poison ivy so I was curious now what could it be. After a 1hr wait (could have been longer) Elisabeth Pagan, NP came in and I told her again what I had been involved in. She was def sure it was staph infection. Whats that?? prescribed me: triamcinolone and sulfamethoxazole along with zyrtec and pepcid to reduce histamine response. By Friday 8/7/26 no sign of change and some areas got worse. Decided to walk myself into ER on morning of 8/8/26. THANK YOU- CNP, Boelens for your consultation. I could tell she really didnt want to be rude about my urgent care experience but as I was asking questions she was like "that med should have not been prescribed to you," and she also asked, "did she give you a shot"? :/ I said no. Left with a steroid shot and new presc. I felt a weight off my shoulders and peace. I will also be writing a personal note to Elisabeth Pagan for her lack of care and attention with my visit.

My wounds were basically rinsed off with a bottle of sterile water. No antiseptic or anti bacterial products were used and I left with blood dried between my fingers. My hand wound was glued shut as is and I was prescribed a pain killer. After 2+ hours, I was released only after a reluctant nurse wound some gauze around my leg burn and didn't use the tape she had to secure it but tucked it in the top of the dressing. Definitely not professional. I believe this service level could be due to my Medicare Insurance status... Overall experience was pretty poor.
