I had a 9:20 AM appointment this morning with Eve Patton, mind you I haven't seen her for nine…read moremonths. So I arrived at 9:05 AM to fill out some new forms since I haven been back for a while. As soon as I arrived I was given the forms and paid my copay, the forms didn't take long to fill out and was done by 9:20 I was told to wait. At 10:00 I inquired how much longer the wait would be and I was told they would check. Did not get a response! At 10:20 waiting one hour form the original appointment time, I inquired once again to how long it would be since I did have to get back to work. I was then told I had one person before me. At 10:35 I was asked to go back, the took my vitals and led me to a room where her assistant asked the usual questions as well as why I was their today (which was just for labs). I waited another hour till 11:30 and I still had not seen Dr. Patton, I was so upset by this time, I decided to get my copay back and go find another doctor who will treat my illness and me with respect. The worst part is that they have a sign that's " If you are more than half an hour late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and pay a $25.00 fee. I will not ever go back their again my time and health is too valuable to be treated in this manor.

She was always friendly and I noticed her as part of our new insurance. I've been battling an illness and wanted to see her. I had to wait over 2 months to get in to Dr. Johnson and by then, I really need some medication...to continue healing. I went to her office and I was looking forward to seeing her. I even brought her some probiotic tea that has helped me. I arrived exactly 10 minutes late...due to circumstances beyond my control and congestion on Kingwood Dr (construction). I'm the type who feels you're late if you're not early. Her office has a sign offering a 10 minute grace period. I thought I made it by the skin of my teeth. There was no one at the front desk until 2 to 3 minutes after I walked in. The girl didn't say anything about the time when she came to the desk and I was the only patient in the office. She seemed to proceed as normal and then she informed me the doctor might not see me because I am too late. She told me the doctor messaged her at 13 minutes after and told her she would not see me. But the girl didn't come to the front desk and used up those 3 minutes. She knows this but doesn't seem to care. The doctor would NOT see me and sent me away. It didn't matter that I was standing in the office within the 10 minute grace period. There is no grace offered here. How convenient that no one was at the front desk...maybe everyone went home early? I will have to go to an emergency clinic to get my medication and then find another doctor. I can't see a doctor who offers no grace when they claim they do; and one who has such apathetic office staff. I wish them well anyhow. I would have left the tea for Dr. Johnson but I was so shocked by the lack of concern, a 2 month + waiting period, the 10 minute grace I never received etc...so I didn't realize I had her gift with me until I walked out. It's the thought that counts. For the record, I always offered her and her office staff grace because they have made mistakes by not having something ready when I came in, made me wait too long or did not call me back etc...they were never the greatest. I have waited over an hour to see her before. She was a friendly doctor...not sure how great she is in an emergency situation but other reviews, I've seen, seem to indicate she's not so great in a crisis situation. I can and will do better.

My Drs office was of course closed and I wasn't trying to rack up a Urgent Care or ER visit Bill.Plus my sons bday party was the next day. At the party my friend recommended this clinic. So in pain, surrounded by screaming kids and I'm sure I was 4 Advil's away from od'ing, I called and made an appointment for Sunday because I knew waiting till Monday would be torture. I got in, the front desk lady was very sweet, she took my info I paid my $35 copay. The patient waiting room was clean & decor was nice. My appointment was at 12pm, I was pulled back into the room about 12:30pm there where 2 people ahead of me. The nurse took all my info. I waited about 15 minutes for the Dr. When he came in and after examining me agreed it was Strep. He emailed my prescription to the pharmacy, and 3 hrs later I'm feeling so much better! I'll be updating my review when I receive my EOB from my Insurance company. So far I recommend them and Ill most likely be using them again in the near future for my family and I.
