I felt pushed away before trying to figure what was wrong. After going through excruciating pain over the weekend with no pain meds because Dr Anderson would not prescribe them, I finally saw my doctor who did x rays and found calcified tendinitis which is very painful for a person to go through. I finally got answers. I would not recommend Dr Anderson to anyone. Doctors need to stop and have a better understanding of their patients before shoving them out the door. Thank you

The Mayo Clinic here could take lessons from the Mayo clinic in La Crosse, my daughter went to the…read moreurgent care for a sore throat and ear pain, they didn't allow her to see a doctor since she doesn't have a primary doctor in Mankato, she is a student there, her primary doctor is in La Crosse, they can access her medical records, they asked her for a urine test when she went in for a sore throat, they did give her a throat culture eventually, but wouldn't look at her throat. She said she was treated like she was unintelligent and she said they were very rude to her. This is the second time she has been seen at this urgent care, both times she has called me crying due to her treatment there.

I live in Belle Plaine so when I have to drive with a bleeding finger my best option is close by. Man, why didn't I learn the first time. I saw the same provider who barely helped the first time I cut my finger -BUT there aren't options with urgent care. I cut the tip of my finger off and it would NOT stop bleeding. It required silver nitrate to cauterize the wound. AGAIN this woman did not numb the finger. I didn't know this burns your wound with the chemical. She touched the s.n. to the wound and I couldn't help but cry out "son of a b*&#$!". It hurt SO badly. It did not stop the bleeding so it needed to be done again - decided to try a different kind of silver nitrate. I was thinking this is some sort of less painful type. I managed to not cry out this time but it made me jump and twist. I was sweating a in crazy pain! It still wouldn't stop bleeding. It would need to be done a THIRD time. This time she decides to numb it. If you can believe the difficulty - two little pricks of novocaine with a tiny needle. Are you freaking kidding me? That is all it took? About three minutes later and the finger is numb. The third application of silver nitrate stopped the bleeding. DO NOT go to this urgent care! I cannot stress this enough. Total incompetence by this person. I really can't understand why she is still allowed to "practice" there - and I mean practice because she is either an idiot or a sadist.

Brought my daughter there in Jan. and Feb. and when prednozone didnt work they gave her a Zpack and it worked wonders. So when we went in today and we told her about our past and would like Zpack, she got very heated and made us very uncomfortable and became very loud and said I AM NOT going to give you a zpack, Do YOU understand??? We were very uncomfortable and felt very uneasy. I will file a complaint and will never go back. So sad one person can ruin the place you feel good about getting care.

Took over 1 1/2 hours to get blood drawn and ekg, with the run around received from the lab tech. Her response after she finally answered the bell for service, took over 1/2 hour, was "I'm the only one here and there is nothing I can do about it you will just have to wait." Surprising how being the only one changed after I demanded to speak with the Head Nurse. It should be noted that this fiasco in patient care was only causing more pain for my 85 year old father who was transferred by ambulance to Rochester for surgery for gall bladder 5 hours after he initially sought treatment.

I was treated with respect and kindness and was given a consult to see a specialist and was called about three days later and seen in approximately 1 week later by the specialist. I have to say they were very thorough with me and my health.

Dr. Le was wonderful, Kristin was amazing as well, and the front desk were awesome. I was cold and they even gave me a warm blanket!!!
