I've tried two of the Dallas locations until reaching out to this one today. Thankfully this third one is quite convenient to my home! The person at the front desk was kind, compassionate, patient and helpful. He connected me with the nurse, Kim. She went above and beyond to assist and help me. I have now successfully, and finally, gotten the attention and help I needed.
