I could not urinate at all. I called and left messages (for the Clifton Park office) and also requested assistance on the portal. They finally called back and said they would call back but never did. I urgently rushed to a local urologist who gave me catheter samples and showed me how to self cath (not fun but I have to do what I have to do). a week later I had a follow up apointment at the Clifton park office and they were to order me catheters. I called them a week later when no catheters arrived (and I was heading out of the country in 5 days). They apparently forgot to order my catheters. I finally received them the day before I was leaving the country on vacation. I cannot believe they would ignore someone who cannot urinate at all. If I was not an emergency case, I don't know who is. Stay far away from Albany Med Urology unless you want to always get voice mail and risk being ignored.

They refused to see me. The entire staff was totally dismissive of me, including the doctor, an arrogant and dismissive person by the name of Knichel. I will no longer see this person, as I believe they do not care about my health.
