It is small and stylish so this store has a boutique feel about it. The sales assistants are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing whatsoever. It is pleasure to shop there. They are quite pricey, so I do tend to go there to buy "investment pieces" as they say as opposed to accessories, which I think are a bit over-priced. Other than that it is a great store!

They stock everything from basics to quirky fashion and are always a step ahead of the current trends. Their concessions are extremely popular also, with the Kate Moss Collection proving a big hit. The one downside of the Chelmsford store is the lack of lift, which can be a nuisance for shoppers with a buggy. But if you kindly ask Miss Selfridge downstairs, they'll let you leave your buggy as you run and grab the latest fashion item.

This is a very little shop that, consequently, has a rather limited range of clothes…read more One of the smallest clothes shops in town I struggle to find anything in there that I want - you're better off going to Lakeside. The prices can be a little high but the quality has always been good and long lasting. The shop staff don't hover around the clothes so you're not made to feel like you should hurry. However, the clothes rails are a bit close together and it cna be difficult to walk through the shop on a Saturday - don't ever take in a buggy!!

Prices are all very reasonable and the clothes are very nice, especially the jeans, which fit great and last for a very long time. They also hold great sales with fantastic buys, not the just the typical leftovers no one wants. I once found a pair of jeans i had wanted a couple of months earlier but didn't have the money for, in the sale for a measly £5. Bargain or what! Service is good and you can take loads of items in with you into the changing rooms. Thumbs up!

The store is well arranged and tidy there is a good selection in the petite and talls section too and the plus sizes as well.
