The lady that answered was very professional and likable and extremely thorough regarding my needs on electrical work. They were pretty booked for the day that I needed this work done but Britney went above and beyond to make sure that she could squeeze me in on their schedule! Talking about going above and beyond that was awesome and I really appreciated that! Larry came out and provided me a quote for doing some work at my house and it was very professional as well. The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. I normally don't like writing long reviews but when a company deserves it, I has a customer have the obligation to let other customers know my experience and this was definitely a good experience overall, thank you for a wonderful job! When I brought it to their attention in October of 2024 I was told in person they would finish the job. A year has passed and several phone calls and emails go unanswered. When I do manage to land a conversation with someone they tell me they will finish the job soon. Most recently a week ago I asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist told me she wasn't sure it was "legal" for her to tell me who the owner is but would have someone call me back. In my experience BNG is not a company who keeps their promises or stands behind their work. I am not a difficult customer. I have waited a year for resolution. I am a businessman who understands that when sometimes a job is not completed correctly the true measure of a company is how do they respond to affect a resolution. BNG does not keep their word, but rather tells you what you want to hear hoping you'll go away.

We chose Baylor's HVAC instead for less than 1/2 the cost of Brackett plus we got a Carrier system vs unknown (to us) Daikin system.
