I am happy with the result in the work they did, but it is what they did not do that is a problem. Drainage is a problem at my home and this was addressed with them several times, but never fixed. Nature's Link stop responding and I gave up. In a new build, between the developer (who chose this company) and Nature's Link themselves, this should have been done right the first time (or the second) and was not. Water still collects in my yard rather than draining to the street as it should. I am not angry about it any more, but will not hire them for any future projects and I recommend that anyone reading this also look elsewhere.

They waived the gas detector around for 5 minutes and nothing. So while I had them, I asked for a quote for a tankless water heater to kill two birds and never got that. The BILL was $331!!!!!! I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. I will never use this company again. Beware.

TCI is now my "go to" for all things irrigation!…read more I had some egress windows installed and in the process, that company damaged the main valve for my sprinkler system. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!

It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time. I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that. I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck. I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that. I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. I looked at the reviews (all five stars) and decided to contact them to get an estimate. Andres responded in a matter of minutes and was onsite at my house providing an estimate within the hour. The estimate provided to install a new irrigation system was more than fair and extremely competitive. I told Andres I wanted to get a couple more estimates from his competitors and he understood. I was pleasantly surprised that Andres requested the opportunity to further improve his quote should a competitor submit a lower bid. The work done by AG Irrigation was completed on time with high quality and no additional cost or surprises. My irrigation system was quoted to be completed over the weekend and it was completed on time despite a lot of rain that Andres and his Team needed to work around that weekend. The Team finished the irrigation system on a Sunday because of an abundance of rain Friday and Saturday. Despite the rain setback to their schedule, AG Irrigation did not ask/charge extra for working Sunday because they committed to have the work done over the weekend. The irrigation system is extremely easy to use and works flawlessly. Andres and his Team aimed all sprinklers to my satisfaction, walked me through the configuration settings, and made sure all debris was cleaned up around my yard before they left. Andres even did a backflow test of the completed system and filed it for me with the city of West Lafayette for 2024. Finally, Andres reminded me of my one year warranty on the entire system and told me to call him directly if I experienced any problems. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Andres and his Team, and I know that I have increased my property value by $5000 - $10,000 by adding this irrigation system. I do not normally give Yelp or internet reviews of my service providers, but I feel compelled to do so for AG Irrigation because the work performed by Andres and his Team was outstanding. She's rude, unhelpful, and has no customer empathy. We've been an Indy Irrigation customer for over 10 years, mainly because they installed our irrigation system. They're customer service has degraded year over year as their prices increased. This year we reached a breaking point. They were supposed to open our system as part of our maintenance contract. We were out of town when they arrived. They left with the water turned off at the street because one of the valves (for our garden) was stuck on. The technician didn't fix it, stating that he couldn't find the valve box. Indy Irrigation should know where it is -- they insstalled it and it's right next to the garden! We contacted them and they wanted to charge us for another trip to our house, and they couldn't guarantee when they would arrive. They were currently scheduling into July, but no guarantee. My wife told them that they were going to lose us as a customer and the woman at the office didn't budge. Ten plus years a customer, 10+ years paying annual maintenance contract. No more. Goodbye Indy Irrigation. We called another company and they are coming out at 6pm today. They recognized the urgency of the situation, and the opportunity to get a new client.

I called Limon Green after seeing their truck parked down the street in my neighborhood. I've had…read morethe same irrigation company for the past 18 years (Warweg) and they screwed up one of the zones on my irrigation system. I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. I would highly recommend that you give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.
