Kasameyer is a great company to work with. Levi came to the house and gave me an estimate to replace my oversized slider door glass. It took about a month for the custom glass to come in and they immediately scheduled me for next day install. Joshua came to the house with an assistant and were very professional and friendly. It was a tough job since it was a custom slider. Job looks great! Would recommend for your next window replacement! read more

VERY dissatisfied. After getting a quote the end of February, 2017 I then ordered the glass for my window. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything and called, they first acting like they had NO idea that I ordered it or who I was. I was then told to call back later for status.I did, then was told it was going to be $50.00 more then I was quoted because the person who gave me the quote was now gone. So, I said ok. I was told they were waiting for it to come in they would call. Two more weeks later, nothing, I called and got the run around and was told to call back later again. I did, and was told it was still not in. But then I was told someone had to come out an measure!! If it was ordered, why would they NOW have to measure?!! So ok, someone came out and did that. I was told it would be in, in about 10 days. 2 weeks later nothing. We are into the end of April now. I called an was told it was not in yet, but should be in the next day or two. That was April, it is now Sept. 29th. I never heard from them since. VERY poor business!!!!!!! read more
