However, we also decided to use ServPro for the remodel and have had nothing but regrets. They used the cheapest materials and subcontractors they could get away with. The work they, and they're subcontractors, did continues to disappoint us and deteriorate. It's been less than a year and everyday we find some other shortcut they took or shotty workmanship and that's just what we can see... In short, what should've been a great experience has just been really disappointing.

This is the company that did work on my home after the storm in 2023. I'm still trying to get my…read morehome fixed and USAA paid PuroClean/Brock in full before the work was completed. I was supposed to receive an extended warranty on the roof PuroClean replaced, yet the roof has continued to leak since it was replaced. Subsequent inspections have identified multiple concerns with the work performed, and the resulting interior damage and mold have continued to worsen while the matter remains unresolved. I also have serious concerns about discrepancies between what was represented to my insurance company and what was actually used or installed. For example, Brock represented that certain higher-priced materials, including cedar planking, were being ordered, while treated 2x4 lumber was delivered instead. He only changed it after I pointed it to him AND the insurance company. There were also discrepancies involving measurements of my home and representations that custom French doors were required when the existing doors were standard-sized. I have repeatedly asked for my leaking roof, and other issues to be addressed and for the warranty to be honored. Instead of receiving a timely resolution, the process has continued to drag on while the damage to my home gets worse. It's a horrible nightmare. Everything stated on my review reflects my personal experience and the records, communications, photographs, and inspection information I have retained regarding this project. Brock is very charming and will try to explain everything away, but charm doesn't fix a leak. When I asked if he would tarp my roof to stop more water damage occurring to my home his exact words to me were, "I would have to tarp the whole roof." A WHOLE roof HE replaced three years ago. I would NOT recommend PuroClean or any business owned or managed by Brock after my personal experience with him and his company.

On the…read moresecond visit, the spots that particularly needed attention were gone over lightly, but were not well cleaned and left very wet--we firmly believe this was due to bad equipment, not the young man doing the work, as well as the short amount of time allotted our job. To rectify the mess left behind, we utilized an older, smaller Hoover cleaner with cleaning brushes that we own but is difficult for us to use due to our physical limitations and had much better results when we went over everything again. Called the Terre Haute office to let them know we were not pleased and why, and before I could fully detail the reasons, the manager/staff member began talking over me (apparently no one other than he knows about clean carpets) even after I interrupted his tirade and asked to be allowed to address my concerns. At that point he asked if I wanted their staff to make another visit and after the attitude he had dished out, I told him I would not want him or his staff on my property again. He then informed me they would give no discount nor refund and hung up on me. The entire time, I was speaking with a witness in the room with me and she confirmed I was never rude to the man, just trying to tell him how poorly the carpet was cleaned--again, due to what I believe is bad equipment. I would advise anyone considering utilizing this particular office to be very wary. Their website makes big promises that unfortunately do not pan out.
