(See the pictures) This could've ended in ingrown nail disaster!!! You can't cut a nail but leave it behind, attached. The massage was awesome, the gel polish was a 8/10 job but the cutting of the nails and trimming was a 0/10. Maybe just file but not cut from now on. I don't think I'll be returning. 9/7/21 I got my first service from this salon today. I did the $25 pedicure and the $15 gel polish. The gentleman did a great job with the foot and leg massage and warm towels. He took his time and didn't rush. My only issue is that he cut down the sides of my big toenails, like he was a podiatrist. I'm praying I don't get bad ingrown nails from it.

While I understand paying for quality, it's frustrating that gel polish is still a $15 upcharge. At this point, who even uses regular polish anymore? By the time you add the gel upgrade and tip, a basic pedicure ends up costing around $95. That said, the salon itself is a much nicer environment than many others charging similar prices. At least here you're paying for a beautiful, updated space instead of sitting in a salon surrounded by storage boxes or outdated furnishings.

I have rough feet (gross) and need pedicures frequently. My heals were still very rough, the lady overheard me and had me go back to the pedicure chair. They scrubbed my foot down with cuticle oil and a pumice stone. It helped but was not comfortable or relaxing. I have since gone to another salon to have my pedicures.
