I have rough feet (gross) and need pedicures frequently. My heals were still very rough, the lady overheard me and had me go back to the pedicure chair. They scrubbed my foot down with cuticle oil and a pumice stone. It helped but was not comfortable or relaxing. I have since gone to another salon to have my pedicures. My nails came out very nice (pic is about 2.5 weeks old) and they still look really nice!

The gentleman did a great job with the foot and leg massage and warm towels. He took his time and didn't rush.
