However, mail person delivery service is another animal, I have NEVER had so much misdelivered mail (I lost over $200 worth of goods the first six months living here). When I complained, the person at the mail counter said, "oh, you have a mail box? Other residents who lived there had a PO BOX). Well what, they saw my address on the mail, what did the mailman do, just hand out my mail to other customers because I didn't have a PO BOX??!! It isn't hard for the mailman delivering DAILY on my street to notice, " hey, there is a mailbox with an address that matches this price of mail, maybe I should put this mail in that box". Delivering mail is NOT rocket science people, but I have lived here for over 9 months, and a month ago the mailman misdelivered an important package from my company to the wrong street! Last week I had a mailbox filled with mail for an apartment at 507 and the address on my mailbox is 509. I have been told, "the person doing this isn't your regular mailman but a fill-in that works when the reg guy goes on vacation". So FIRE him! What am I supposed to do get a copy of my " regular" mailman's vacation schedule and only have important mail delivered when he won't be on holiday?! Now, my only option, after missing important mail that was misdelivered is to have them hold it and go down and pick it up each time because they do not want to fire a fill in who cannot match an address on an envelope with an address on a mailbox (I added my street address to my box in short order after losing the aforementioned more than $200 in items I ordered via the mail). As errors happen regularly, I cannot rate the delivery service above 2 stars. I will replace the guy as fill in if you want someone who can competently deliver mail! If they read this, they know who I am at old zip code 50002. After all, I call them all the time to hold mail so I can pick it up, so I don't have to wait to get my mail after they get it back from the incorrect address where Mr. Fill-In misdelivered it (yes, this has happened ). I have fired people before, if they need help, this individual has given them MANY reasons to can this incompetent delivery man! I am going to try to push this complaint up higher, as this is completely unbelievable. Like a bad sitcom..
