I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault.
