Now that it's Culligan you call then leave a message then someone calls and can't help you then another person calls and says they can't help but they will look into it. Meanwhile the water isn't soft and tastes salty etc. Culligan has no interest in anything but trying to get new customers and zero interest in supporting them. Really hate the switch. When the softener finally bites the dust I'll be looking elsewhere for my water needs.
