I wanted to ask if they collect outgoing mail from the blue mail receptacle outside the building. I called the 800 number listed online for all the post offices in the area. Couldn't talk to an agent because the computer wanted this information or that information and was giving me solutions to problems that I wasn't experiencing. This post office, and USPS in general, has the worst automated customer service system in existence. When I want to talk to an agent, i expect to be connected to an agent. After paying an additional $32 to have a letter sent - not wanting to assume that they pick up mail from the receptacle and it stay there until they reopen - it turns out that they do still pick up mail from the receptacle. I was…read moreimpressed with their excellent customer service, and the wide variety of services they offer here. I've been a fairly regular customer ever since. Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.
