i entered the building after 5, so the main postal service room was moderately busy, with an…read moreafter-work queue wrapped around the room, though one with more space than i've experienced before. nonetheless, the lady working the counter kept the line moving efficiently, and from what i'd overheard, did so without comprising quality service. and the same stayed true in my interaction with her, in which i requested to send a pre-stamped letter with priority mailing. then, after she informed me of the $10.10 price for priority mailing a letter, which i did not have today, she politely informed me that first class mailing of 2-5 business days is the next quickest method available, and filed my letter free of charge behind the counter rather than directing me to the letter mailing room in the first part of the building. and lastly, while i did not ask for the name of the worker, she had well-kept silvery hair and a friendly smile i'd expect any supervisor to be able to identify that she receive deserved commendation for excellent guest service.

They will answer any question(s) you might have and no question is a dumb one. Our Mailman Tim is also awesome. He makes sure our mail is delivered in a timely fashion and if we have a package he will knock on our door to let us know and hand it to us. Other companies that do deliveries just throw the merchandise on the porch or on the steps and drive off. We are truly Blessed to have caring mail people and I hope we will continue to have that service here in town.

They have a self-serve kiosk that does pretty much anything you need from buying postage to mailing letters and packers and even renewing your PO box. Keep in mind that it only takes debit or credit cards though and there is a $1 minimum purchase requirement. There's a pretty good supply of cards and shipping supplies like bubble wrap available. Also, I've been able to find super cute sheets of stamps. My favorite ones are the Disney-Pixar characters--how fun is it to use Woody as your post stamp?! As far as service, the employees are super helpful and friendly. I believe one's name is Garret. He's great, even keeping an eye out for lost mail.

Once again, USPS lost my mail. I sent a check for my mortgage payment on June 25, 2025 and on July…read more9th my mortgage company still had not received it. I had to do a stop payment on my check, which cost $32.00, and make a phone payment in order to avoid late charges. This is the THIRD TIME this has happened. In total I have had to pay $96.00 for stop payments due to the post office's mistakes. I have called their customer service several times to complain about this but it just keeps happening. I also get other people's mail all the time and my mail delivered to wrong addresses. We pay postage to have our mail delivered so I feel that when they lose our mail they should have to reimburse our postage and whatever else their carelessness has cost us, such as the stop payment fees or late charges but they refuse to do this. I'd like to point out that I send all my mail directly from the post office so it's not like it's getting taken out of my mailbox. USPS has become so unreliable and irresponsible that I am afraid to send anything through the mail. Any future payments I have to make will be done by phone or online because I can't trust our postal service to do their job.
