When we mentioned our concern for the NVR, he said don't worry about it. It has a two-year warranty. They installed three cameras we had purchased for and paid for for. We ask them about the fourth camera and we ran the wire for it and they did install it but they installed a different camera than the ones we had purchased. When we asked about that and said we'd like to have one that match the others he said they can't get them anymore. We asked for a refund them for the fourth camera and then the next day they had a camera to match the others. On a couple occasions when they came to adjust cameras, they came without ladders or tools to do the work. We supplied tools and ladders on several occasions. We had a two-year warranty, but he has stopped returning our calls so we've had to hire another company to get us working.

Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there! They made it sound like it was an ongoing problem. They also put in the report the thermostat cover in the garage was broke...they broke it!! Very questionable business

I seem to keep running into that with dry cleaners but I had two Silk shirts that there is no other option but they have them dry cleaned, and I had spilled something on a pair of capris that there was no way that was going to come out in a campground, laundry room plus they needed to be pressed Everything was ready the next day as they promised, very friendly service too
