The drivers get paid to put your packages next to your door for your convenience. Bat nay they put it 5 or 6 feet away from your door so that they don't have to do a lot of work themselves. That in my book is being down right lazy. I know they receive really good pay for their jobs. I think they should be deducted maybe money for not doing their jobs right I am a disabled person and my package was set at the end of my deck out of my reach. I called and complained before and was told hey call a friend or family member to help you. I shouldn't have too if it was put next to my door. I damaged my arm in the process of trying to retrieve the package. That why I am writing this review.

Very hard to get monthly invoices; but worst of all are the delivery drivers that they contract out for. Most of the time, deliveries are received in a timely manner. However, I've gotten stuck in a constant circle of receiving "Shipping Exception" emails day after day when I don't receive my supplies. Happened a year ago and is happening again. Never got my order last year; but my account manager re-ordered the missing items for me.
