    I'm traveling with my family and attempted to have mail delivered "General Mail" here. We have…read morebeen traveling for 6 years all over the US and have never had a problem getting our mail to us until now. I walked in with several pkgs that were already postage paid etc. All that the Post Master had to do was scan them. She was extremely inconvenienced by this. This should have been my first indicator of how things would go. I them told her that I had had a few pkgs delivered here, to pick up under General Delivery. That's when all hell broke loose. She lit into me about how they don't accept General Delivery at this location and she had no idea why I thought I could do this. She continued to rant and talk to me like I was a convict and had committed some huge crime. {If you go to USPS's website and find this location, under services available FOR THIS LOCATION, it lists General Delivery.} Again. I travel ALOT and I have never encountered a postal worker so angry and just plain mean. I spent the next several days attempting to retrieve the last pkg I had sent there. My husband then attempted to speak with her so we could get our last pkg and she then proceeded to yell at him. Needless to say she refused my mail and sent it back to sender. It would appear this woman should not be working with the public. On a side note, I went to the PO in Quakertown and the woman there told me that even if a PO doesn't normally accept General Delivery they can still hold it for you. She was even nice about it. I'll give the Quakertown PO all of my business while I'm here. However, I will never step back into the 4th St location.

    I visited this store on 5/4/26. We live out of state and my daughter goes to college nearby. We…read morewere shipping a sentimental glass framed sports memorabilia home. We paid $197.05 to ship it back home and was told by a female supervisor that it would require additional air packing on both sides of the frame, and we agreed with her. The female clerk ringing up the transaction did not know what she was doing and had to ask for assitance multiple times. I asked the clerk multiple times before leaving and she reassured me that the additional air packing would be added to the box, to ensure the item would be packaged appropriately and arrive intact. We received the package yesterday and the frame is scratched and damaged, the glass all shattered. When we opened the box the air packing that we were promised WAS NOT inside the box, hence why the frame was not only shattered but the shattered glass also scratched up the custom frame. I called the store directly this morning and initially spoke to Jimmy. Jimmy, you were very pleasant, this review has nothing to do with you. He told me the owner would contact me and he did. What is REALLY disturbing is that from the moment I answered my phone the owner was yelling at me, berating me, and blaming me for the damaged item. First of all, you are a business owner, act like one. He DID NOT AT ALL listen to what I was trying to explain to him regarding the fact that the frame was not packaged with the proper packing. All he did was argue with me and did not offer any assistance towards a solution to this problem at any time during this phone call. I cannot believe that owners like him get away with such behavior, lack of professionalism, and still run a business. Why am I doing this review? So other people do not experience what we did. Choose wisely before doing business here. Yes, it is a fragile item and I run a risk in shipping it. However, this is their business and this is what they do on a daily basis. They failed to include the air packing, the box was not tagged with "Fragile" stickers, which ultimately resulted in my frame being damaged and shattered. The owner failed to even admit that, let alone take responsibility for it.
