Older gentlemen who gives out the numbers is really not a polite person- and did not hear multiple questions asked to him (ie he ignored, not meaning hard of hearing). Additionally after he "checked" my documents and I waited for 2.5 hours to get to an actual dmv agent, I was told one of the documents wasn't valid. Just a waste of a Saturday morning. read more

ABSOLUTE WORSE DMV EVER- Do not go to Easton. If you are planning on going to Easton Driving and Licenses Center don't. Go anywhere but this DMV. Nobody tells you upfront, but the truth is they time you during your test. And it's not about if you are able to drive- it's about speed. It doesn't matter how cautious, careful, or aware you are about abiding rules. What matters to them is how fast you can parallel park, how fast you can get out, and how fast you can come back- all within a 15 minute time frame. If you take your time and drive safely as any responsible person would, they'll count it as a fail. The whole test is rushed, and feels like you are being set up to fail. The attitude is more about moving people through a system than making sure people are truly ready to be safe drivers. read more

Five stars because I don't see anywhere they could improve this. It's a DMV which by nature can be crowded and confusing but this particular site does it well. When you check in you are assigned to a computer queue based on the nature of your business and then you are called when your place in that particular queue opens up. There is plenty of seating and every staff member I saw there was friendly. And that's kind of a miracle because they're all state employees. I would suggest getting there right when they open and jump in line and don't be deterred by the fact that there is a line because those people will be in and out in 20 minutes. I left and came back an hour later and realized i should have just waited. The later you start in the day The longer the wait becomes. I got there at 11 AM and my business was over in approximately 40 minutes. Just bring something to occupy your time and you will be fine. read more

As far as DMVs go, this is the one to use in the area. It's clean, quiet, everyone I interacted with was professional. This is also where I got my license 12yrs ago! Maybe I'm biased. But if I had to choose, I'd choose this location again and again. read more

Best DMV in the Lehigh Valley. Excellent and friendly service. Clear instructions. Number system is prominently displayed and loudly announced. 15 minutes to get a license renewal in the middle of the day. Defeating the stereotypes about experiences at the DMV every time! read more

My license was 7 years expired and I was in and out in 20 minutes at 830 on a Thursday morning. Everyone was very nice and efficient!

I agree with other reviews. Not sure where they could even improve. They were professional, friendly, have a good system down so that everyone is seen as quickly as possible. DMV's are crowded and confusing as another posted mentioned. It's just their nature. But this facility is efficient, professional and the wait is average. read more

This drivers license center is as good as it's going to get. Yes, you will be there for hours on a Saturday but so will everyone else. What I really like about this place is that the employees are actually friendly! I would much rather wait hours to be waited on by someone who's friendly rather than a grouch any day (which is what you will find most anywhere else). Plus, Santa apparently works at this particular DMV when off the holiday season and that's awesome! read more

Good thing I don't value my time because they definitely don't either. It seems like all their employees are senior citizens that don't know their ass from their elbow. It's incredibly infuriating when you ask a question and they tell you to take a number like all you had to say was yes or no. read more

Total shit - rude employees, no AC and jam packed with people. If you follow protocol and renew license online and come in just for a photo, instead of being rewarded for being efficient you're at the back of the line for photos.
