While some of the USPS workers were immensely helpful in trying to figure out what on earth happened (thank you, Olivia!), others were not--with the end result an insistence that the package had been delivered as addressed (clearly it was not), and a general "whoops" attitude with the ending comment nothing more than a repeated insistence that it was delivered on their end and they unfortunately didn't have the "normal" photo of the successfully delivered package. Stinks like a fish left out in the sun.

USPS website states they close at 5pm on holidays and posted hours on door said same thing. I was doing a drop off for prepaid label and package. They (one man and women) saw walking up The people at the front quickly pulled down sliding metal door as i asked " excuse me can you please scan in my package" they proceeded to lock the door in front of me. Extremely rude coming from a down south Texas Disabled veteran shipping my packages for my small business. Because of this I will not be using them to drop off my pre paid packages. Very disappointed Do not use them if you're a small business .
