She treated me like I didn't arrive a minute before closing, and I appreciate that they are always nice, polite, courteous, and helpful. This location employs nice, good people. Just a shoutout review for AK material handling in Maple Grove, MN…read more I work for a shower door manufacturing company in California, and we had a racking system installed a few years back (not by AK). I reached out to the original company who did the work and explained what we wanted to revise, and the previous company basically just gave me a quote to replace a bunch of our existing uprights to complete this revision (instead of trying to find some other solution for a previous customer of theirs). I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work. Although the sale is not going through AK, just the fact that Matt took the time to respond quickly as well as providing some a solution was greatly appreciated. In Prior Lake some Postal woman stole checks from TJ Hooligans Restaurant, but the manager blocked the checks before the money was taken out of his business account..This is why I don't trust postal Services with my mail or checks..Now I had told my attorney to hold my check in her office because it is horrible I get two different people's mail in my mail box, and the person delivering can't understand the residential numbers or mailboxes at all so please find someone else or give them a vision test because when it's more than ten peoples mail getting mixed up you need to find someone else who can do the job better or give a vision test yearly so the mail person understands who the mail is going too..Thank you!

I am sending g items to Minneapolis and Saint Paul and they take one to two weeks to arrive. When tracking items that have Twin City destinations I see them o to Montana then Denver then Milwaukee then back to Shakopee before they are delivered. If you are swamped then hire more people. Also look at the time (later) on the 11th that shows movement too. I've also got several other examples that show they very frequently process items received even later than this one that get to me just fine in CA the next day. Unacceptable that they just let my package sit around for an entire day before deciding to finish processing it and sending it to the next location. Next day air isn't a cheap service.
