The callous unhelpful way I was treated was inexcusable. There was no offer to check with the destination post office or to check in their building just to make sure it was not still there. I was told about all the possible ways the package could have been damaged in the machine or damaged in transit, but not one "let me see what I can do" suggestion. I will NEVER mail another package through the post office. There are too many other options.

They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn't know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can't really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I'm fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I'm gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they're not delivering it.

However, every other USPS I've been too, they've never had a problem putting the label on the package for me. When I handed the package and label to the guy, he rolled his eyes and said "Ugh, yea. You gotta do that yourself" Asked for tape for the label and the guy pointed to the packing tape... to purchase for $3.99. I asked again to confirm that he wanted me to purchase the tape and he just said, "Yep". I asked to just use a couple of pieces of tape so I can get this ordeal over with. Guy just stared at me and didn't respond. So I just walked out. This location is a one minute drive from my house but I'd rather drive ten minutes out of my way than go here again.

i usually wouldn't write this but.. oh well. i recently placed 2 orders that were to be delivered…read moreby usps. both orders were sent back to the shipper. after getting in contact with the shipper i was informed that this wasnt the first time they had an issue with the usps sending their items back to them. i was pretty much told that usps for whatever reason doesn't try to deliver they just send it back to the shipper. the shipper used to use fedex but switched to usps and fedex picks it up then its transferred to usps and thats where the problems begin. i understand its a crazy time in the world but i have ordered many things recently for ups fedex or the usps to deliver. the only time i have a problem with delivery is when the usps is involved. i have been in ckntact with the shipper and they are thinking about switching back to fedex to handle all their deliveries.
