I don't think I've ever heard a word come out of his mouth or at least could make out what he was saying. Dude here's some advice... Learn how to interact with people and be grateful to have a job. I was waiting for a package that I had purchased from eBay and USPS had messed up the delivery…read more They had delivered it to the wrong address claiming it has been delivered to the right address but when I had went all the way up there to tell them that I didn't receive my package. They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn't know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can't really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I'm fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I'm gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they're not delivering it.

You gotta do that yourself" Asked for tape for the label and the guy pointed to the packing tape... to purchase for $3.99. I asked again to confirm that he wanted me to purchase the tape and he just said, "Yep". I asked to just use a couple of pieces of tape so I can get this ordeal over with. Guy just stared at me and didn't respond. So I just walked out. This location is a one minute drive from my house but I'd rather drive ten minutes out of my way than go here again.

This location is unfortunately the closest post office to my home. This was what I would call their "second chance," because I've had to walk out of here once before. After the employee (the same older male who didn't wait on me last time) finally finished with the customer he was helping when I arrived, a second customer approached with a small package. I don't know what the customer asked for, but there is not one thing a post office can do with a package that should take so long. I stood watching as the line grew all the way to the front door, no exaggeration. The employee was looking at his screen and occasionally typing for--I'm not kidding--between 5 and 10 minutes. My lunch hour ended while I was in line, and I gave it a few extra minutes, but he was still "assisting" that same customer, and finally, I had to leave. I had to drive to another post office, where the entire transaction took about a minute, and I was on my way back to my car.

It's a big building but they only have one window so I'd imagine you'd face a wait if someone had a lot of packages in front of you. Luckily (compared to some of the other post offices in the area) the clerk Jo-Ann was nice and friendly to all the customers in line yesterday. She also reminded everyone to buy stamps before they go up to 49 cents on Monday. The one window is annoying but it certainly beats the Collingswood post office.

The parking lot is very small. when you turn in, you basically have to decide immediately whether you're going left or right because cars come in right behind you. There's barely time to even use your turn signal. So just be prepared for tight parking. When I went inside, I was greeted by Lori, and she was very nice, helpful, and engaging. She assisted me with my packaging and even suggested that I take pictures of the equipment before shipping it. She gave me the opportunity to do that, which I really appreciated because I honestly wouldn't have thought of it. That tip alone was very helpful. I wouldn't personally return to this location since I don't live in New Jersey, but it's a great option if you're in the area.
