If I had to encounter old cougars and even OLDER gentlemen, I totally would kill myself from their rudeness and incompetence! I don't like the fact that prices are constantly on the rise (rightfully so). But I hate the new implementation of the size/volume envelope rule! Just weigh the damn thing and put postage! Now we have to worry about the width/thickness etc etc! Best bargain - the flat rate Priority mail boxes. Even though they are the size of shirt boxes, I was able to mail home half my wardrobe - jeans, shirts, tees, tanks - all weighing at least 15 lbs/box but only paid $9/each. Anyhow, friendly and hard-working diligent employees! Something rarely seen by US government these days!

When it came to my turn, she scanned my packages in quickly and gave me my receipt. She even asked if I needed more boxes because she had plenty on hand! I used to drive 15 minutes out of my way just to go here rather than the closest post office to me. This post office is tiny, the parking lot is tinier, the lines are always long and so is the wait. But that's because Glenn treats every customer like they are his ONLY customer. He gives you his full attention until your transaction is complete. If you want warm personal service, the South Vineland post office is the only place you'll get it every time.

I tried to tell him the lady next to me just worked a 16 hour overnight shift at the hospital and he threw my packages down and went in the back after announcing now I was going to make everyone wait longer. I grabbed my packages and left. As a small business owner, I spend thousands of dollars at USPS a year. Now I will be moving to UPS. I understand stuff happens, but this was like he was acting with intent.

I went in this morning and was waited on by a woman of Indian descent. I had my package on the…read morecounter as I was waiting for assistance. when she came out she didnn't utter a word of greeting but just took the package and weighed it. Offered me two ways to send it and after I made my choice I paid her by handing her the money and she just threw the receipt and my change on the counter. I think she needs to be trained to greet people when they arrive and give the customers and exercise courtesy when exchange money. I am normally outgoing and friendly but she gave me no reason to exchange greeting; hello or goodbye. Dr. Tom Viviano
