I've came here twice already and the first time it was the week before Christmas. The girls working here are so nice and helpful. They even helped me package my box I was mailing out. Thankfully there is no line here like the other post offices and they always have boxes in stock. I came by a second time the day before New Year's Eve and the lady working was also super nice. I think I will be coming here from now on instead of waiting in the long lines at the other locations. read more

Horrible customer service my 2 certified letters did Not Get delivered went in spoke to Yvonne for refund. Each letter $8.13 for a total of $16.26. She gave me the go around sent me to George Dieter branch for refund! Spoke to supervisor Albert Barba he said they Do this all the time! Yvonne should know that " location where transaction took place is responsible for Refund". Yes, it's sort of hard to find the first time and, yes, there is very limited parking - like two spots and one handicap - but this place isn't deserving of one star. First off, this location is not deserving of a one star rating. I am going with four simply because of the parking, only 2 regular spots and one handicapped. However, it is rarely busy; at least the times I've been there. This is now my go to location. As a matter of fact, went there yesterday (few days before Christmas) and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. These ladies are so efficient, it's unbelievable! By the time I was done writing a label they had already processed my two other packages and were placing fragile stickers on them. There were two more customers ahead of me. i am here a lot because my husband is deployed. they make it so easy. they always try and get it out fast even if the other postal service is there picking up the mail. The women that work here don't know before i walk in i have to pull myself together after crying in the car because me having to do this "sending my husband packages" is so hard. they always laugh with me and put a smile on my face. they truly make it easy. this hands down is the best post office I've ever been. The lady who works there is very rude and has an attitude. The post office should re-think doing business with them. They need to improve their Customers service skills and act more professional. Interpersonal communication skills are necessary to build relationships with clients for future business. I found this post office on Google. It was the closest one to my house so I decided to make things easy and just go for it. First of all when you arrive you'll see a big sign for the post office and for storage. The building beside the sign is NOT the post office. The post office is located behind this building tucked away in a corner. When you finally find the building, there are two or three parking spaces. One of them being a handicapped space. It's difficult to park because immediately beside the spaces is a giant gate going into the storage units. In any event, I parked a little frustrated at the location. When I walked inside I was not even greeted. The girl was helping a man ahead of me (hardly) because she was a bit more preoccupied with her texts or social media or whatever she was doing on her cell phone. When it was my turn I approached the counter and laid out what I needed shipped. Very rudely she started to say "first of all you need one of those boxes over there and you'll need to wrap it in bubble wrap" following her tossing a tape dispenser onto the counter and walking away on her phone leaving me to tape up the box and wrap my items. When I was through locating everything I needed on my own, I waited for someone to come back. Another woman approached the counter who was talking to I'm assuming a boyfriend on her cellphone loudly and giggling, she tossed me a label told me to fill it out place it on the top. I was charged 16.00$ total. They didn't even weigh my package so I'm not sure where they got the price from but it included my bubble wrap that was insisted. The place inside was small and kind of dirty and I was appalled at the customer service. I will NOT be back to this post office. Everything was horrible from the parking to the customer service. read more

I go to this post office because it is the closest to my house. There are two females working there that never greet anyone or stand up to acknowledge a person walking in. They are either on their cellphones or watching soap operas in a small screen they keep behind the counter. I've also heard them complaining about customers to each other. We had just moved here and I needed to send a package. My son googled it on his smart phone and used his GPS to find it. We drove past it a few times, even though I told him to stop that it could be a post office. My son insisted it was not a post office, but the sign on a main street led me to believe it was. I insisted for him to stop and let me out of the car to see.This building was the tiniest building I ever saw, the size of a child's playhouse. When I walked in their was no greeting, just 2 women staring at me on cell phones. Like someone else who mentioned that the woman there was on a cell phone talking to a boyfriend, the same happened to me. She was not professional and never greeted me. She ignored me and took the package, just naming a price for my package like she made the price up. She was more concerned with her cell phone call then doing her job as a customer service agent for the US post office. I can say it was not a regular business call either! I do not know how they get away with this! I am not going to over look this! I am going to do some research to contact the right people through the US post office who will look into this situation and investigate. I hope others will do the same and complain hoping to eradicate the problem. People coming to a post office should be at least treated with respect with professional agents representing the U.S. post office. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous! read more
