Any complaints regarding rural delivery persons are not only pointless but counter-productive…read morebecause they will never be corrected. The Supervisor is polite and listens attentively however is very protective and biased toward his driver. "Send pictures on the day it happens. I can't do anything without proof." Well, how about all the hoops we've already jumped through and compromised on to accomodate this driver's half-truth's about their inability to safely deliver directly to the houses on this rural road? Now it seems that overersized packages are torn and damaged while being stuffed into mailboxes where they don't really fit, making them near impossible to get out. There is a oversized packaged delivery locker right next to the mailboxes (this being the compromise from them not wanting to deliver to the houses) but the driver apparently would rather do anything than get out of their car in order to use a package locker when they can just drive up to the mail boxes.
