Just obnoxious! The lot is one way in/ out. This lady jerk parked the wrong way in the exit lane and got out of her vehicle to go inside.

This post office experiences the same customary issues as any other: inexplicable long lines due to unimaginable understaffing, not existent advancements in technology to reduce/resolve the previous, dreary and uncomfortably small location, sassy employees (this isn't necessarily an issue). Nicole, the lovely lady with the love, keeps the customers smiling especially when there's a line of package pickups and an elderly woman at the register trying to pick out a stamp to send a bill. The young lady with the pink hair and tattoos and the older brunette woman are generally very personable as well (just typically very slow). There used to be an older black woman that filled in sometimes but I literally refused to go inside if I saw her working because the line would be wrapped around from the register to the mailboxes. Most of the time I go in the morning before work to check my mailbox, or at my lunch around 2 or 3 so lines are exceptional in my case (and since they've enacted the electronic delivery that shows your mail pieces, even those instances are few and far between). The cause for my 3 stars has less to do with my postal experience and more to withy parking experience. The lines in the parking lot are near non existent so parking and maneuvering through the lot when other cars are present is quite annoying, bordering on dangerous. Worse yet (see pic) there are so many inconsiderate A-holes that come to this location and park however the hell they think they can get away with. In the image I'm attaching, some obnoxious woman in scrubs, driving a Range Rover, literally parked in the exit lane! You can IN NO WAY mistake this area of paved lot for a parking space nor an entrance to abruptly stop your vehicle ESPECIALLY when there are other cars parked in the lot. There is never a true cause for road rage or obscene gesturing at strangers but this woman... I hope high winds take hold of some shopping carts at a grocery store and wreak utter havoc on her over priced (and sorry excuse) for a luxury SUV. Other than those points, this post office is pretty much on par with others that I've visited. I don't think this location takes passport photos.

Favorite post office in the area. The staff is very kind and even if the line is long they get you in and out as fast as they can!

I moved 4 months ago and my mail is missing! My old post office is holding all the mail sent there, Ewing lost the rest!

I am shocked and do not believe that he should be unleashed and let loose to deal with the customers because he has no people skills at all. He should not be the interface between this Post office and the public, rather, place him behind the scenes where he won't be able to cause any trouble. I noticed several other complaints about him on the internet. Today, I went to this Post Office to mail a letter to my granddaughter in Ireland. There were three people in line when a woman passed us by and went directly to Grace who had just arrived at the counter. Grace did not ask her to wait her turn in line, but assisted her. Grace allowed this obnoxious woman to jump/crash the line! When finished, I told the woman, who is walking garbage, that she was supposed to wait in line as everyone else did. When I finally was called to the counter by Andrew, I tried to file a verbal complaint about this matter. He not only would not listen, he actually was nasty to ME for chastising the woman. If Andrew possessed a brain cell, he would be dangerous! DUHHH! I plan to submit this review to several other internet sites so that people are forewarned.

So far so good…read more The passport person (Skip) from the Kingston P.O. went on vacation ("you MUST come in today [Thursday] before 4:30 otherwise you can't get it expedited because I am going on vacation!"); I had already passed my lunch break, and didn't feel like heading out for unbillable hours to spend time frazzled with a manic postal worker. Princeton/Palmer Square directed me to the main location on Carnegie, which doesn't take passport appointments on Saturday. But here, the woman was pleasant on the phone, told me I needed one check for $169.85 (passport+card+expedite fee) and another for $42.50 (application+Express mail); both could also be paid with a debit card (Skip told me to take in one check for, oh, just take in a blank check, maybe 2--is there a run on checks in this country or do I somehow need pre-addressed checks prior to leaving the house?). And I have an 11:00AM appointment tomorrow (Saturday). I may or may not ask the post office to take photos, as UPS took potentially less bad than previous passport photos for me. Also--it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. There are 10:30 and 10:45 appointments prior to mine. Will update tomorrow. Update:Maybe I'm wierd, but it's unusual for postal people to be so helpful. We were waiting in line, and just before 11, a call was made for anyone with passport work to be done. Yeah! That's me! I had filled out the wrong form and had to fill out another, and then was taken through the steps to get everything else done. No smootching! I'm jealous! :) The woman was nice and got us sorted out quickly (we were out by 11:10). Great service. UPDATE 8/31: Good news: the passport arrived with my documents on Saturday--yeah! Bad news: somehow their processing of the photo gave me a pig-pink sunburn. It even looks as though my head was cut out and attached to my neck after photoshopping with a red filter. Oh the joys of ugly passports one has to cart around for 10 years.
