Favorite post office in the area. The staff is very kind and even if the line is long they get you in and out as fast as they can!

I moved 4 months ago and my mail is missing! My old post office is holding all the mail sent there, Ewing lost the rest!

I love the USPS -- I go in the late afternoon or early, and the service is extremely quick. All the different staff I've had are nice, sometimes funny. You can also withdraw money from your bank for free without paying any fees. read more

Personally handed 20 bridal shower invitations to a worker at the West Trenton location on July 5th 2024. All invitation recipients were from NJ, PA or NY. It is July 27th today, and some invitations have STILL not reached their destination, most of them started arriving after 7/17th, but none before that. Taking over 3 weeks for a 3x5 stamped card to arrive anywhere in the United States, demonstrates complete incompetence and that USPS is no longer a reliable way to send mail. They must have ZERO mail carriers for mail to be sitting for such a ridiculous length of time. Thankfully it wasn't a stack of bills being mailed, or i'd be in big trouble! Needless to say, I will never use the West Trenton post office ever again, and anyone reading this would be wise to do the same. This location gets two thumbs down. read more

I came in at 8:00am when they open and no one was there to open the store until 8:15am. When the employee arrived he acted like it wasn't his problem and told us we could could come in but it was going to be a while. I made a special trip to the post office to take care of my business before I had to start work at 8:30am and I was forced to return home so that their incompetence would not make both of us late for our jobs. At least one of us hold ourselves accountable for our responsibilities. read more

This post office experiences the same customary issues as any other: inexplicable long lines due to unimaginable understaffing, not existent advancements in technology to reduce/resolve the previous, dreary and uncomfortably small location, sassy employees (this isn't necessarily an issue). Nicole, the lovely lady with the love, keeps the customers smiling especially when there's a line of package pickups and an elderly woman at the register trying to pick out a stamp to send a bill. The young lady with the pink hair and tattoos and the older brunette woman are generally very personable as well (just typically very slow). There used to be an older black woman that filled in sometimes but I literally refused to go inside if I saw her working because the line would be wrapped around from the register to the mailboxes. Most of the time I go in the morning before work to check my mailbox, or at my lunch around 2 or 3 so lines are exceptional in my case (and since they've enacted the electronic delivery that shows your mail pieces, even those instances are few and far between). The cause for my 3 stars has less to do with my postal experience and more to withy parking experience. The lines in the parking lot are near non existent so parking and maneuvering through the lot when other cars are present is quite annoying, bordering on dangerous. Worse yet (see pic) there are so many inconsiderate A-holes that come to this location and park however the hell they think they can get away with. In the image I'm attaching, some obnoxious woman in scrubs, driving a Range Rover, literally parked in the exit lane! You can IN NO WAY mistake this area of paved lot for a parking space nor an entrance to abruptly stop your vehicle ESPECIALLY when there are other cars parked in the lot. There is never a true cause for road rage or obscene gesturing at strangers but this woman... I hope high winds take hold of some shopping carts at a grocery store and wreak utter havoc on her over priced (and sorry excuse) for a luxury SUV. Other than those points, this post office is pretty much on par with others that I've visited. I don't think this location takes passport photos. read more

Welcome to the Ghetto This post office is straight out of a Dave Chapelle skit. They are so rude and unprofessional it's not even funny. Risshard literally admitted he wouldn't have helped me if I wasn't cute....and then still DIDN'T help when I asked for a piece of tape to stick a label on a box. I've went to "upper class" post offices before and they always offer you tape. You don't have to BUY tape or be rudely told you're not allowed to use THEIR tape. Safe to say I won't be returning here. And I am black and can't stand how my own race treats others. Get it together. read more

I've been going to this post office since 2009 and I never had problems. The reason I don't give it a 5 stars is because the actual set up is very small and at times feels very crowded. Sometimes the line is a little long, but the employees have always been nice to me and I've never waited more than 10 minutes. When I was going to the post office in NYC, the lines can be so long you end up spending an hour or more in the line alone, so this is nothing for me. The waiting area is very small and when there's a line you often wait outside. read more

My biggest problem is that the P.O. Boxes close at 4:30 along w/ the post office itself. Why not allow people to access their boxes for at least 15-30 minutes. The employees can't leave at 4:30 anyway.There are always customers at the counter then. read more

I would love to give this post office 5 stars but the people behind the counter are rarely helpful. One time I had to return to the back of the line 3 times because I did not understand the correct address label. The people behind the counter seemed deliberately confusing. read more

My package from the Children's Place never left the post office onto a truck for my house, instead it was returned to sender, ALL sale items returned, and while I will receive a refund I will not receive my items and will now have to pay full price. Not happy. read more

Holy crap I hate this place. Its a wonder anything leaves this post office going in the right direction, because the workspace behind the counter looks like a tornado went through it. The customer space isn't much better--no place to stand and put a package together, tape up, label, etc., other than standing among the people already in line. The staff is in a good mood usually, at least when it comes to talking to each other, which they do almost constantly. This place is full of liars. They won't answer their phone(no surprise). I was however able to get a hold of a woman(who refused to identify herself) there but it was through a friend of mine that works for a post office in Pennsylvania. I sent a package to my niece in Ewing,NJ but I mistakenly put a 1 in front of the address. This post office said it was delivered to the correct address on the package, however the address I put on the package doesn't even exist. The lady at this post said that the address I sent it to DOES EXIST. I looked all over the internet,asked my friend in Pennsylvania and that address is nowhere to be found. My niece has never received the package and her mailman refuses to speak to her. With all that added up it sounds like they are nothing but a bunch of thieves that work there covering for each other. Well I hope the onesie I sent to my niece fits you because that's all that it was. Stealing from a pregnant woman. Can ya get any lower?? Knowing these crooks they can. read more

Today 4/13/17, the mail carrier drove in front of the building with her van, she did not bring any mail inside to be placed in the mailbox. there is a camera in front of the building and it will be viewed for accuracy. It has been a long term problem with this lady not delivering our mails or placing the mails in the wrong mailbox. several complaints have been made. Now it is time to report this to the mayor and our district council member. She became very angry after I complain to her supervisor. for months, she has been returning mails back to company and said the mailboxes are full. If you are not getting your mails, either she discard it or return it back to the senders. please make do not stay silence, file a complaint or go to the post office to report any issues. read more

Please avoid this place. Headaches, bad service, lines and of course serious attitude from the employees occasionally. Why they would have only one person on during lunch time when everyone else is on lunch and in the post office is beyond me. I was home all day waiting for a package, Fed Ex Delivered, UPS delivered and our mailman delivered but apparently Fed Ex sends some packages to your local post office-they hire someone with a van to deliver. Apparently this person did not want to walk our driveway like Fed Ex or UPS did, it's not long, it's up a hill that's less than 500 yards. A little snow was on it but nothing everyone else couldn't handle. Checked my package status on line, it said DELIVERY EXCEPTION, no other info. I called Fed Ex who answered right away, gave me my answer right away which was-Fed Ex sent this to your local post office )West Trenton, for delivery. You have to call that office to ask why they didn't deliver. Called for the phone number and was given 609 882 4845, called & got a recording saying if your zip code is this then call this number 609-771-0110-called last night and it was busy. OK, I'll call today, tried calling all morning and phone's busy. Called the Post Master General number since I had to contact them a few years back over lost mail. They suggested our neighbors were stealing the mail by the way. Hilarious! That number was 609 599 4003- busy all morning. Yaye! PRIVATIZE PRIVATIZE PRIVATIZE THE POST OFFICE. You would never hear of Fed Ex or UPS providing that type of service. Gee, why is the post office having so much trouble? Who can figure this out? Later in the day I called the 800 number for the USPS and was very pleased with that call. The Titusville post office runs the best ship-it's close to W Trenton/Ewing just down on 29 if you would rather go there. It's small and closed at lunchtime but excellent service. read more
