Due…read moreto the lack of security at the unit site, I left my lock on the unit even after moving my stuff out as I was afraid people would tamper with my unit. There are beer cans scattered in the wooded area behind the unit and it's often poorly lit so being a young female I refused to go to the unit alone to begin with. The day I was supposed to be out, I had a medical emergency in Syracuse, which I informed them of, and told them I would race back to the unit to get the lock off. When I did it was too late and they threatened sending my bill to collections for being a day late for a unit I was no longer using. I paid the bill just to find that they were renting out the unit, I PAID FOR, and there was a new lock on it. I would never recommend this company for storage. i never received a notice that they were renting out my unit either. I drove up and found another lock on my unit that I paid a full months worth of rent for. I did not get reimbursed for the rent either. I tried leaving a review on their website but apparently they only show the good ones.

Anyhow I was stranded at this dump for 6 weeks ....all motels were full that had weekly rates from Albany to Canada ...and other shelters would only take people in their county. I have open lesions on my arms from the grotesquely bacteria ridden unsanitary blankets and towels they dole out and threw out the clothing I had while there...I luckily did not get the upper respiratory sickness that was spreading thru there ....but was sick for a couple days due to the unsanitary conditions and close proximity to others...and it was impossible to be clean while in this dump. I was threatened daily by some street thug bcuz he was jealous I owned a car and I reported his menacing to all of the staff and was met w apathy. Bad behavior and poor personal hygiene are promoted by the staff....I have been out of that hellhole for just over two weeks and been taking Epsom salt baths to detox from the filthy of that place and for the sores on my arms caused by the filthy towels and blankets...also healing from the trauma of just being there amongst madness ....apathy.. disgusting smells and sights and watching people deteriorating day by day....I reported them to the board of health and building and code for the bathroom situation ie...one bathroom and one shower for 25 to 30 individuals and one cold room w pads on the floor ....poorly run and the food is / was hideous...luckily I have a income and was able to buy food...

We had an issue with…read moreour well water pressure . 700 dollars later , we were diagnosed wrong , the kid lied to his company to save his own ass and said we were getting 17 lbs of pressure ( we ABSOLUTELY KNOW IT WAS 30 ) they installed a perfectly fine pressure valve and when in 4 days time , no water pressure again ! Another person came out ( same company) and told us we just needed to change to a different water filter . Problem is now completely fixed . When I asked the co for at least the diagnosis fee back , they said absolutely no cause they believed the kid who lied to them I would rate a zero if I could .
