I was visibly frustrated by this and they refused to even have my business and refused to send my package. They said I was rude. I went to the UPS store on 12th street and they were very accommodating and helpful. They printed an return label and it would be delivered to the store and they would call me when it arrived. NO problem. The rimrock store is not very helpful.

I have yet to have a package delivered to my front door by FedEx. On one occasion, the…read moredriver/delivery person, literally threw my package out the widow into my yard, close to the sidewalk. I have a short 7/8 foot sidewalk that leads to my front door. The drive is leaving my packages at the bottom of the side walk, by the street. Is there a cohort of thieves (driver included) setting up an easy snatch and grab? It sure feels that way when it is happening every time FedEx delivers. UPS delivers to my front door. They rings the doorbell to notify me of the delivery and they put the packages to the side, behind a plant stand; out of view from the street to reduce possibility of theft. The only reason I know it is FedEx, with little to no integrity, is because of my Ring camera. I have video. If only FedEx made it simple to reach a supervisor or a manager to show the video too. But again, not customer services driven. This is so frustrating as I have had to replace items stolen due to poor deliveries.
