Well i have been looking for a post office in Kauai but it seems to close so early on the weekends…read more Finally after brunch on a monday morning, i believe this locations closes early too like 2pm. i had free time to make a stop and mail out the a Hawaii post card to my air force buddy. Welp it didn't make it before xmas, so it took about a month later before i got a confirmation from my buddy that it was received. Overall the location is convenient and code by to the bomb.com brunch place. The parking here is quite small and is quite busy too. Also the interior of this post office is very small and maybe can only fit 5 people max. There is one counter with one person, and it was quite fast when there was 2 people ahead of me. I recommend this place and it does its job with my last minute mails while traveling. Mahalo for reading and have a fabulous day!

However, I gave this location 4 stars because the staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. They do their job well and try to save you money by offering the cheapest shipping. They are quick and efficient - hopefully they hire more workers during the peak business hours because the line does take a while.

I purchased a po box online paid…read moreupfront for 3 mths and when I arrived Darryl checked me in gave me my keys and talked me thru all the steps. I receive all my Amazon packages here as well. The only issue I have is that it's hours are limited. They do open for 2 hours on Saturday but I think only to receive deliveries. Darryl even brings my packages to my car I just pull up to the door. Great friendly service, what more could you ask for??

I needed to complete a form and provide my ID in order to complete my purchase. So I did so electronically and called to see if I could email my completed document to the staff member prior to coming in- the staff member decided to lie to me about not having the ability to do so. Little did he know I was aware that that is possibility as I've done that in the past. Then he started to make up bs about the location being busy and having regular LARGE shipments - making customers wait while they unload to service their customer haha! Clearly he thought I was an idiot who lived under a rock. He then continued with more lies letting me know that my local post office will provide me with a free P.O. Box. PO Box are never free unless you don't have access to a mailbox and one can purchase a PO Box where ever they desire! Sharing my experience in case someone else is provided with this bs. Last but certainly not least he said I needed to provide 2 pieces of mail with my local address and after that- the call was basically became a joke to me! I asked him if I should bring my Amazon pkgs as proof lol. Sounds like a lazy person who doesn't want to work to me! I could not have gotten off the phone and canceled my transaction fast enough!
