The supervisor…read morecalled today November 5th, read the tracking back to me, read the status and said the case had to be closed since they are not in possession of the item. My case # 16895202. I told her that that's the exact reason why I had opened a case cause it hadn't been delivered yet. The supervisor said "well, I don't have it and I have time frame to resolve the issue, I'd have to close it". I asked why are you closing it if you didn't resolve it, you just read my tracking status back which I can see on the web. Supervisor became very rude, interrupted my every word. I asked for the name several time, no respond was provided. Than the supervisor hung up... I called back several times, no respond. Horrible management team. I had a medical emergency…read morewhere I had to receive my medication by Friday, however I live on a facility where even if the package was delivered on time I wouldn't get it until Monday. Needless to say, I freaked out since it was a three day weekend, I called this post office before the package arrived there , Lori picked up and she personally made sure that when my package was delivered she would take it out and wait for me to go pick it up early Friday morning. She did exactly that. Thousands and thousands of packages come in everyday and she made sure to take mine out and held it for me. I am from California where the same things happened back home but the post office would never, NEVER go out of their way to do that. The customer service of this post office is fabulous. I'm a guest in the state of NM and my experience at this post office alone just goes to show how welcoming and awesome the state is. Once again, thank you Lori. May god bless you.
