Had an issue with my order that was broken into different packages and the lady that was on the…read moreline with me was very rude, brief and promptly hung up on me twice. She's a mid aged sounding woman and then proceeded to scold me when I picked them up. Terrible customer service and she shouldn't be anywhere in customer service with that kind of attitude. I had called a separate time to explain the situation and got a young lady who was polite, kind and understanding with me and said she would handle that. She should take notes from her. I did not appreciate her tone, lacking work ethic and behavior. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Nobody stopped in, we even checked our exterior cameras to check if we did, by chance, miss our driver. Nothing on cameras, Nobody in person, Straight Lies!!! Don't trust them for accuracy, they'll lie to you and say they attempted delivery when, in fact, NOBODY stopped by.

The USPS website did not seem to support the redirect I needed, but he called folks and took time to try and resolve the problem for me. Then an angel arrived from Casper with my glasses.
