Had an issue with my order that was broken into different packages and the lady that was on the…read moreline with me was very rude, brief and promptly hung up on me twice. She's a mid aged sounding woman and then proceeded to scold me when I picked them up. Terrible customer service and she shouldn't be anywhere in customer service with that kind of attitude. I had called a separate time to explain the situation and got a young lady who was polite, kind and understanding with me and said she would handle that. She should take notes from her. I did not appreciate her tone, lacking work ethic and behavior. Unacceptable and disrespectful.

Thankfully none of the contents have been hurt, yet. Also, since she isn't at the post office until 12:00, some of our packages have tried to be delivered but had to be sent to Riverton. That means we don't get whatever it was until the next day or the beginning of the next week. It is very frustrating that the office doesn't open until 12:15 during the week for that issue.

She handed me the three giftcards and I notified immediately one had in black Sharpie written on it $19.39. I notified the gal and she informed me "oh it's fine. Well know there's $10 on it" or something to that effect. Upon further review when I got back to the car, the second one has $5.04 written in sharpie on the back. One of the cards is very well used and has the PIN number already scratched off. It feels pretty tacky giving these away to someone I don't know very well. $19.39?? Just kidding, it's only $10.00. Now I gotta spend some time scrubbing those markings off. Just some feedback. This isn't very professional. If you're going to reuse, maybe clean them or don't write a prior users balance on it? How do I know the PIN number / card number isn't saved by someone else?
