The warranty company set us up with Fibrenew Hershey and while here for the repairs Fibrenew Hershey RECOMMENDED we have a protective coating applied to prevent any additional damage. So we agreed to have them back again. Not only did they increase their price, mid-application of coating, but, after paying more than $300+ ALL THREE FAILED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. Fibrenew wouldn't come back to fix their mistakes. Throughout the time period I tried to work with them I found them uncooperative, discourteous and ridiculously unprofessional. Certainly not a company I would EVER work with again. I called the warranty company, who apologized for sending them, and, as of yesterday we paid an additional $600 out of pocket to another leather repair service to fix the previous mistakes and correct issues that resulted from the failure of the "professionally" applied protective coating.
