My husband and I walk in with this box and bag with our items dreading the hassle! We were greeted by a young lady named Toniann! She was amazing! She just took over got all the return info per item off my phone for the labeling fished out and matched the item from the pile on the counter taped it up and put it to the side!!! She asked me if it was ok to hold my phone so she could organize the return labels on the phone to print them out and line them up with the correct item in this large mess of a pile now on her counter! We were in and out of there within 10 minutes!! She is amazing!! I saw her again today and I only had 1 return! Seconds lol! Highly Highly recommend just ask for Toniann! They always want you to prepackage they always want you to pre-document they always want you to have everything on hand. This store has the ability to aid everyone that comes in and needs to ship things they have the shipping material. They have the capability to label. They have the capability to tape they have everything that you need. The staff is always willing to help. They're very friendly and they're always on Mark when it comes to getting your packages shipped out. I've now saved the store in my phone as a permanent location that I will always use when shipping anything even overseas. The one thing that I truly enjoy about this store is the service they don't have the same type of hours that the other stores have the other stores always close way before you can actually get to where you need to go to ship things this store has the extra hours, they go the distance that one would expect an American to do when it comes to service and customers.

I rate them the worst carrier and I have had 35 years to make that determination. They should put my package in a company vehicle and deliver it for my trouble. Anytime I came in no one was up front and always in the back. This store will up charge you on anything they can find. For example Amazon packages that say they don't have to be packed but you packed anyway. They will try to charge you $2 for a piece of tape less than a foot at this location. I get it they are a business but keep it real with some folks every now and then and don't be so uptight and up charge for anything.
