Then after requesting them to look, for the third time, they find it, in the rats nest of a pile they had been digging through already. They have written completely different post box numbers on my packages before and thus almost gave my mail to other people, and act like any and all requests for them to actually do their paid jobs is a complete and utter inconvenience to them. Also, despite being, y'know, post office works, are completely baffled by the existence of foreign countries and thus the existence of foreign tracking numbers, looking on in complete amazement and confusion when handed a shipping number that wasn't an american one. If you're forced to use this place for a PO box, I suggest looking elsewhere. I'm certainly considering it to avoid these workers who would rather lose your mail and snark at you than actually do their jobs.

I gave the clerk the information to the person I was shipping it to and for, but the clerk insisted on taking my name and not the person of the name that I expressed it should be in. The clerk also typed in the wrong address and I was not aware of this until I put in my original complaint: Clerk charged me 145.00 for air/overnight shipping other wise it would have taken 3-5 business days for $15.00. Well the package did not arrive until 3-5 business days later. When I made a complaint to the store I was told by Lisa the manager that she would look int to the issue, Lisa did go ahead and filed a complaint with UPS to refund me the difference of air shipping, but did not bother reaching out to me to verify any of the mailing information, and also put the request in under the wrong name. I have yet to receive a refund almost 2 months later. Every time I speak or reach out to Lisa, she refuses to help and says just contact the post office instead of accepting that she mismanaged the process, by not reaching out to me and getting clarification on the mailing address or the addressee. She has given me wrong phone numbers for the claims department and refuses to help. This is not a person I would want managing my store, since good customer service is most important to any business. My husband and I walk in with this box and bag with our items dreading the hassle! We were greeted by a young lady named Toniann! She was amazing! She just took over got all the return info per item off my phone for the labeling fished out and matched the item from the pile on the counter taped it up and put it to the side!!! She asked me if it was ok to hold my phone so she could organize the return labels on the phone to print them out and line them up with the correct item in this large mess of a pile now on her counter! We were in and out of there within 10 minutes!! She is amazing!! I saw her again today and I only had 1 return! Seconds lol! Highly Highly recommend just ask for Toniann! She will have help you and get you on your way in no time!!
