It's the copy center…read more First of all, if there's 3 employees behind the desk at the copy center, and only 1 of those employees is occupied, there's 2 remaining employees that you'd think would be ready to help with -customer service-. But no, not at staples! Today (just another average visit to my friendly neighborhood staples) I was helping a friend at the copy center, attempting to print a pdf from an iPhone (an area admittedly I have little experience in since I have never owned an iPhone). I approached the service desk after 5 failed attempts to print said pdf, to ask for some help. Associate 1 was helping a customer. Ok, that's fine, no problem! Associate 2 stared blankly at me while I tried to ask him for help. Associate 3 stared at me, took several sips of his coffee, and began shuffling papers around to make himself look busy. I waited, and waited, and the woman in front of me was quite obviously in a hurry and the associate helping her was slower than cold molasses, a point which the customer also made. In my frustration, I left the counter and returned to the copy machine and after 30 minutes of continued frustration, I finally figured out how to do it, with zero help from the associates. To say that I'm disappointed in staples' customer service, would be an understatement.

When I called Adam at the post office clearly knew what had happened as he immediately said we don't have it anymore and it probably had the wrong address.
