I was relocating and needing to sign my child up for the before and after school program, which I called about numerous times to get information on with no call back. When I was finally able to make contact with her, we scheduled a meeting in order to register him. I had to take a personal day from work to attend this meeting and when I arrived, she was not there and did not show up. The gentleman at the front desk informed me I was the second person that day that she had missed a meeting with. He attempted to help set me up with registration but was unable. She later called me and told me we had never scheduled a meeting and I must have misunderstood her. Needing care, I still registered my son, paying 2 months in advance. In October my work hours had changed and I no longer needed before and after school care. She informed me I was not giving her enough notice as 1 month is required per the handbook and that it effects her staffing and ratios. The handbook states a 2 week notice is required, which is what I gave her, once I was able to reach her on the phone after once again leaving multiple voicemails that were left unreturned. I then noticed another payment was taken out on October 2nd. When I called Saratoga YMCA front desk as that was the phone number on my statement, they informed that was a November payment for childcare. They assured me I would recieve a refund and forward me to Alysses' extension to start the process. My voicemail once again went unreturned. When I finally made contact with her, she told me no payment was being shown as taken out on that date but that she would look into it and get back to me. I hadn't heard anything until I emailed her yesterday where she was insistent that she did indeed email me with her findings. We then went back and forth as she insists that the payment taken out on October 2nd(that she couldn't see) was for the month of October even though my payment history clearly states October payment was taken out in September, along with the registration fee that was used as first months payment. Payments and fees aside, Alysse has been the most unpleasant, unprofessional, rude executive director I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with. I encourage everyone to seek alternative childcare rather than have to deal with this woman.

Their snow removal for us as of today, 12/11/25 is non-existent. They did no snow removal with the…read morefirst snow storm on 12/2/25, but even worse also didn't return our calls or emails asking for help. Several Days Later William and Corey Called and said I had not returned or agreed to the contract, which was incorrect; turns out they had misspelled our email address in their new billing or computer system. They re-sent the contract to me using the correct email address, I signed it electronically same day, and got a return confirmation of the contract with 518Lawncare- even though it was now $10 more per snow event than my original contract. So, we got about 6 to 8 inches of new snow between 12/09/25 and 12/10/25. That evening was calm and without snow; unfortunately also Again Without Snow Removal all night. Now, here we are on 12/11/25 at 4:30 PM again with N0 Snow Removal and No Return Phone Call. 518Lawncare did well with our lawns in 2025 but so far snow removal is NOT BEING DONE AT ALL; POOR COMMUNICATION. This all makes me sad and disappointed. We need help, not excuses. See two pictures.

I got a $128.00 unit through prime storage to hold my stuff as I was in the process of moving. There are beer cans scattered in the wooded area behind the unit and it's often poorly lit so being a young female I refused to go to the unit alone to begin with. The day I was supposed to be out, I had a medical emergency in Syracuse, which I informed them of, and told them I would race back to the unit to get the lock off. When I did it was too late and they threatened sending my bill to collections for being a day late for a unit I was no longer using. I paid the bill just to find that they were renting out the unit, I PAID FOR, and there was a new lock on it. I would never recommend this company for storage. i never received a notice that they were renting out my unit either. I drove up and found another lock on my unit that I paid a full months worth of rent for. I did not get reimbursed for the rent either. I tried leaving a review on their website but apparently they only show the good ones.
