When it was our turn to be helped the only lady (I think her name was Tina) who could do passport applications decided to take a 30min break and told us to come back later, even after we told her we had maid an appointment. I would give zero stars if I could. The employee was clearly frustrated and took it out completely on my husband and was super rude to him. If I had her name I would leave it here. He ended up leaving without mailing out the package because of how unpleasant she was and he didn't want to respond rudely to her just because she was having a bad day. read more

I absolutely hate every time I have to go here to pick something up. I can plan on waiting at least 15 minutes on a good day. Then when you finally get to the counter the employee always has a terrible attitude. Save yourself some grief if you're able to and go to The UPS Store! This is a pre covid experience, nice try with the little disclaimer thought. I only go to this place when I absolutely have to. As I sit here at home, I am dreading the thought of going today. Every time I have gone there, the guys at the counter are complete assholes and smart asses. They really seem offended if you don't laugh at their smart ass comments and the experience goes down hill from there. I'm very happy that UPS and FedEx are available. Wish me luck, I'm only going there to retrieve a registered letter. They tried to deliver it, but since the postal workers are self entitled union workers, they just can't be bothered to provide this service during hours when people are actually home. I mailed out packages after standing in line for 30 min. teller handled the transaction. 2 weeks later recipients still haven't received package. today I got the package back. it looks like it's been to hell and back. ripped torn, bashed in and the postage that I saw her put on while I was standing there is not there. just a stamp that says return to sender for postage. HOLD EVERY RECEIPT YOU GET they won't fix or do anything to help. they're extremely rude the first time, when I called about it they said nothing we can do if you don't like your experience don't come back.. what really?? This is a small town post office, if you don't like waiting in line, learn how to print and purchase your labels from your computer, it actually saves you time and money. The counter people have always been courteous and friendly to me, even after putting up with impatient dolts all day. I ship a lot for business and have had problems caused by other post offices and the personal at this office has always been able to get things fixed. read more

for the third time in a span of five days their shipping kiosk was out of order. I've tried to use this to ship smaller packages since the lines for the counter are ALWAYS long and ALWAYS slow. Usually there's only one or two open as well, even during busy times of the year (like now, Christmas). I gave up on the Longview PO today and drove across town to the very small Kelso PO across the river, arriving about ten minutes before they opened. There were three other people waiting. The office opened promptly at 8:30, all three windows were open and ready for business and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Longview PO needs to get their act together although in the 23 years I've lived here, it hasn't happened yet. But having the self-service kiosk constantly out of order is just inexcusable! read more

We operate a home business, and usually have to send packages out late at night. Unfortunately, the kiosk machine in the lobby is constantly broken. I don't know if it's actually a software problem, or they just don't restock the supplies, but it is a hassle that they need to resolve. Easy to access, right in the middle of town. Boxes for shipping are right in the front door along with signs with pricing and PO boxes etc. the employees working inside have bad attitudes when ever I go in and never seem to be helpful. Today was the worst day of all I go in trying to ask a question very nicely about when my package would show up and an older guy in a red vest immediately started giving me attitude for no reason and his co worker started to chime in doing the same I tried explaining too him I am here to ask a question and just continued on with his rant and unprofessionalism I had my two kids with me and one squeezed my hand thinking something was wrong.
