I click back and discover that the carrier claims that our driveway or porch was inaccessible. the same driveway where we drive in and out ever single day. in fact our friend drove out about then. so it wasn't delivered . they did not attempt to deliver squat because we were sitting right here in full view of the driveway front and back. then I called to find out WTF but you can't reach anyone. if you don't provide customer support on Sunday, why claim you deliver on Sunday? by the way we have no attempted delivery slip. I am disgusted. if I didn't need the item TODAY I wouldn't have ordered it to be delivered TODAY.

They don't have a sign out front, but it is right across from 8 cows, creamery. Plenty of parking directly outside. Staff was patient and helpful. They have Wi-Fi access if the Internet is slow.
