They've only had one person working the counter every time I've walked in. Usually it isn't busy, but if there's one customer with a few packages to ship be prepared to wait a bit or come back later. They do not have any self-help mailing options, just front counter service. Didn't realize this initially, but noticed it not long ago...They close at 11:45am and reopen again at 1:15pm.

I asked him for help and he was condescending and refused to answer most my questions and told me to figure it out myself. When I would ask clarification he told me I was distracting him. I am a masters level clinician and clearly this individual is unstable and should not be employed by the US postal service. I will never go back to this store again and I am disgusted this kind of behavior is tolerated at all by this agency.
