The bottom line, they failed to fulfill even rudiments client support. Beware; they even disabled the "Review" section of the Express Business Center (EBC) website to avoid poor comments. Without notice they discontinued the EBC mail service just before Christmas. Returning January 2nd to collect my mail I found the door locked and a posting requiring me to schedule an appointment to even access my mailbox. The staff knew nothing of the details of the closure and attempts to speak to Murtaza or Mustafa were relegated to a subordinate, who wouldn't even directly return my e-mail requesting details about the closure. By the way, over the Christmas holiday, they lost four (4) credit card statements, a real estate tax bill and a bank statement. I spent more time contacting financial institutions correcting the brother's tactlessness than they spent considering the impact on their customers. Deal with Murtaza and Mustafa at your own peril.

You never know! The one carrier likes to harass your dogs (not realizing that he's on camera and that you are in the house looking at them) He also likes to curse and carry on and will complain to you how much he hates his job. Another issue I had was someone was taking my packages and the Post Master, instead of doing her job, told me that I should just ask the people I purchased from for a refund and if I couldn't get one to let her know... I let her know and she NEVER got back to me. So, the moral of the story here is that the people at this post office are rude and don't want to do the job they get paid to do.

My wife was on the phone with the manager trying to resolve an express mail refund. The manager, who did not identify himself by name, constantly interrupted my wife, was uncooperative, and was very condescending. My wife tried her best to explain the details of the issue and the manager kept cutting her off attempting to answer but his answer did not correlate with the details my wife could not get out due to his interruptions. I intervened the call simply to explain that he did not fully understand and should allow my wife to finish what she repeatedly tried to say. He then interrupted me. While trying to talk over him to tell him this is a mutual respect thing in the conversation. He cut me off. Then said my wife did it first. She didn't, but okay. I said this is not professional and he should be respectful. Would you believe it, he cut me off and said I was disrespectful. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the senior at that location. I asked for the phone number for the next manager up from him. He said I can get it from the internet and he didn't have to listen to this. Then hung up. This unnamed manager is not a good representation of this establishment and I can see where the rest of the staff takes their lead. Not a good one mind you. They have a two star rating. Not sure if I'm surprised or impressed given all I've heard and personally dealt with with the employees of that location. Bottom line, if you have to go out of your way, cross state lines, cross treacherous terrain, risk life limb and eyesight to get your postal needs fulfilled. Sacrifice your first born. Donate all your organs while still healthy and living. Commit felonies. Smoke Crack cocaine for the first time. Saw of your own foot. Repeatedly submit yourself to waterboarding. Peel back your finger nails and rip your own hair and teeth out. Just to get to a different location, it will be for the best.
