Very smooth talker as we walked through the entire house and garage, said they did this all the time and had all the equipment and manpower needed. Said it would take 2 - 3 days. They finished up in one day and gave a bill for $5000. When we questioned the bill they threatened to sue and cost us another several hundred in lawyer fees.

We had to go to Home Depot 3x our selves to buy them more boxes. Due to the smaller crew they did not finish in one day. So they promised to be back the next day. No one showed. It took hours to get answers and to find out when the move would be completed. Upon delivery of our items so many things were broken. No real care was taken with our belongings. I expected some things to get broken but not to this extent. I would not recommend them at all. The only positive thing I can say is the actual movers at pick up and delivery were professional, courteous and friendly.

The workers loading the truck were hard workers and they loaded the truck up to the brim. Things were looking good. I was supposed to receive my goods 5 days later, on Tuesday 6/25/13. Today is 7/1/13 and I am still waiting for my furniture. The worst part? They lie, lie, lie. There is not attempt to work with the customer. At one point, on the phone, they told me that the truck was on its way and do I want my delivery at night of the promised day? I said "no", make it in the morning. The morning came and no truck. After numerous calls, I found out that the truck was still in NJ. Even if I had said "yes", I wouldn't have gotten my stuff. One day later, they responded to one of my emails saying I would have my goods on Saturday 6/29 or Sunday 6/30 at the latest. Never happened. The Friday afternoon prior to the promised delivery, I called to verify that deliver would be on Saturday or Sunday. I was told to expect the call from the driver on Saturday, announcing his imminent arrival. Never happened. Never arrived. Stay away from Global Relocation Inc.. Liars, liars, liars.
